Description
I am looking to sell these 3 webmaster sites of mine.
Just had a shock when 2 of them expired suddenly but I manage to save them. Time to leave them alone and start to focus on my new project www.sbox.ws
All of my sites listed today is being sold as a network. They all rank high for there keywords except pr-checker.net as it got expired and dropped for a few days. However it will eventually comeback and regain its position.
Sites Being Sold in this listing
a) CheckPageRank.ws
PR4 (was a PR5 before), Alexa 100K ranked high for its keywords "check pagerank, check page rank, fake pr checker and so on"
Site was coded unique but the fake pr checker seems to have a problem now as people was using it to frequent. Th site was based on a free design template which I paid to get the backlink removed.
b) www.pr-checker.net
PR4, Alexa 300K, based on a script which I modified a bit and added a new logo. I accidentally forget that the domain expired which caused this site its ranking. However I have just rebuild it and it will surely regain its ranks.
c) FastSerp.com
PR3, Alexa 220K, based on a script. Ranked high for several keywords such as "SERP Checker", "Check SERP" and even "SERP"
This network site has a great potent in the hands of the right webmaster as I will be needing funds for my other projects. To be honest even, I practically forgotten the sites for awhile as I needed to focus on other stuffs. I am still a student and doing my engineering degree is exhausting.
Revenue Details
From selling personal advertisement.
To be honest I haven't monetized these sites properly but sold some advertisement on these sites with average around mid $xx per month revenue. Previously when I was with adsense the site is earning in the $x range per day.
This comes to my conclusion of a simple $50 per month.
An ideal monetizing way would be to sell webmaster services and products.
A lot of things can be done with webmaster traffic. It all depends on the

Altogether the sites garner around 30K UV per month and more. This is more to estimations average per month. Most of the traffic are natural traffic and referring traffic.

You can say its for all 3. I haven't seriously monetized the site but just sometimes when I know an advertiser wants to advertise at a site webmaster traffic i offered for a banner there or something equivalent. $500 starting bid would be the cost of the site alone without all its potent and ability, SERP friendly ranking and traffic.
Take note that heckpagerank.ws is a unique custom made script. Just need someone to make it a lot better than it currently is. -

To those who PMed me about why the time kept on adding I can only say I have no idea. I asked at http://flippadotcom.wordpress.com/2009/10/29/purchase-credits-in-advance-and-the-sale-completion-area/ but received no reply yet.
My suggestion if for the bidders that need to do other stuffs and cannot hang around anymore to leave their highest bid and hope for the best.
As reference a similar site
domainpagerank.com was sold on eBay auction for $xx,xxx
its .net clone
domainpagerank.net was sold later for aound low $xxxx.
This auction lists not one but 3 webmaster sites.
