Domain registrar for "exchangeArtist.com": GoDaddy.com
Registered until : 18 March, 2010

Low reserve!

Good luck and Happy Bidding!

My GUARANTEE! I haven't seen any seller do this yet,
not the sane ones, that is....

We're all waiting for the the major Goolge PR update, right?

If this domain loses its PR5 within 30 days after the sale transaction
is completed, I will replace it with another PR5 domain. You agree
of course, to push the domain 'exchangeartist.com' back to me before
I replace it with another.

This guarantee is for a PR5 only, not another premium domain. I will
however try my very best to search for a keyword-bearing domain name as
a replacement.

There will be a 8-15 day waiting time, to allow
me time to snap another PR5 domain and push it to your account.

Does this auction violate the Flippa Terms and Conditions? If so, please report it.

    Hi,

I have a website called www.woohooflowers.com . I see that you are good with PR. Can you help me out to get the PR up? How much will it cost?

    Thanks,
    Kemal

Why do you think it can lose the PR? Was it dropped? I see only 1 high PR backlink from here but it's also PR5 and too many outgoing links on the page, please advise what gives the domain it's PR5. The replacement might sound good but would be useless as the buyer will have to wait till the next update then to benefit from it if it's used for SEO purposes, the effect from this domain should work on the upcoming update, at least for me. Please advise (you can PM me too.)

Hello flimlion and thank you for your question. If I knew what Google's algo is, I maybe able to answer your question. Like some of the domains I have acquired that I parked @ Sedo, some have also acquired PR..I had a domain that had more than a thousand backlinks but is a PR0. So really, even with resources offered on how a PR is calculated, I can't fill up the gap. If you're mathematical though, here's a resource that may explain to you why the domain I am selling is a PR5; http://www.cyberindian.com/web-marketing/article.php?article_id=81
( when calculating, pls take also into account the other PR3 that is linking to it, as that too, counts)

The replacement I am offering is simply an act of good will. If the winning bidder wants it, its his or hers to take...

If by SEO 'purposes' you mean to use the PR5 replacement to point to any site you like ( for link juice), then you would have to wait for at least 1 month (in my experience,at least 2 ) for Google to credit that as a backlink.

I believe this is Google's way of filtering those sites that buy backlinks just to pump up theiR pageranks, (thinking they can link for 1 month to a PR4 or PR6, then gain some PR themselves...) This used to work though ...

Eitherway you look at it, you will have to wait just the same...

    kind regards,
    sitemarker

Also , as for your other questions @ filmlion

"Why do you think it can lose the PR? Is this a dropped domain"

Anything is possible with a major ( or even a minor) update.
I am sure I am not the only who has exeperienced a boost in PR rank when I expected a domain to retain or lost some of its PR because I've neglected it...and vice versa..... a fall or not enough rise in PR when I know I have all the backlinks to at least get a PR3...

Again, my guarantee is simply a bonus....really, i don't even have to offer that at all. I can just sell the way any domain seller does because the premium domain itself is already worth more than my asking price ( even without the PR - if you
doubt this, just go to Sedo or Godaddy and compare quality of the domains being sold for thousands of $$.... then come back to my auction and examine the domain I am selling).

Lastly, I don't sell dropped domains. If you see one with a PR and is only a few
days to a few weeks old, it probably is.....

By that, I am not saying that you should shy away from dropped
domains either. Some of these domains still have their backlinks and I believe there is a resource available that tells how long those backlinks have been there..

....and as we know it, PR is calculated based on backlinks...not on the site's content....

I hope I've addressed your questions.

    kind regards,
    sitemarker
