As the new owner you will not have to develop new content. You simply get the new content each month from the provider that I tell you about and upload this content to a special folder on your site. Once you ftp the new content that is it, you don't need to do anything else until next month!
No html editing is required. Once you load the files to the site they will automatically appear in the members only area for the members to download. All in a secure, password protected area.
All new members are automatically signed up when they pay by PayPal so the site is pretty much maintenance free. The old templates have to be manually added to the archive page, if you want, but that is optional.

These templates are easy to sell. I have already made a couple hundred in the last 6 months just from search engine traffic... I have not promoted the site at all.

There are no current members but in the last 6 months I have averaged
about $34 each month. Which is not much but I have not promoted the
site. People are looking for templates like these that will give them an
edge with affiliate marketing. Of course as the site owner, you will be able
to use these templates to make money too... it is simple to do.
There is a sales page set up already to sell the archives so if someone
would like to purchase a template from a previous month then they can.

I used to have a blog on this domain so it is listed in the search engines. I am currently getting about 200 unique visitors each month.
