The website has huge potential to put it into perspective there are about 12,000 campsites alone just in France, never mind the rest of Europe!!! So at 10 Euros each you can imagine the potential income.  But you can charge what ever you like.

 

The website is fully automated; adverts can be added directly from the website along with the pictures. All you have to do is log in to the admin panel and activate the adverts after payment is made.  Payment is made through PayPal for ease and security.

The auction includes all content and existing clients to get you rolling and domain name.

 

I am selling this site as I have other projects on the go and don’t have time  to be sourcing out caravan sites, if you have a bit of time everyday it would be a truly rewarding business.  I have a full time demanding job and started this site as a hobby but as stated I just cant devote any more time to it which is a real shame.

The website is designed using MYSQL & PHP for ease so modifications can be done cheaply and easily, all files are in order.

This is truly one not to miss out on.  All the hard work has been done and the proof is in the search engine rankings!!! 

Averaging about 40 unique visitors a day about 280 – 300 a week all looking for caravan sites all over Europe. 

 

This site works!!!  As stated it is not a turnkey website so there isnt 100's of the same floating around the web. All Unique.

Revenue Details

Has made about £200 from advertisers who all approached me!!  There are 12,000 campsites alone in France never mind the rest of europe so if marketed right it could make you thousands.

No adsense added but made a few dollars on bidvertiser.

 

Also noticed that adsense pays well for camping caravan related topics....

Traffic Details

I get about 30 - 40 uniques a day which may not sound a lot but it is based on what they a re looking for.  90% are from England. 

This is a constant stream and again about 90% of traffic comes directly from search engines, Google and Yahoo being the main drivers.

Does this auction violate the Flippa Terms and Conditions? If so, please report it.

   Few questions...

   Looks like people register and can submit a camp site?
   Do you manually add any camp sites?
   Is the £200 revenue claimed for the camp sites in the advertisments section?
   What is the arrangment with paid adverts, are they yearly or monthly based maybe?
   You said 100s of backlinks but I only see 1 in google?
   Do you have a reserve price in mind? - please pm me with it

   Yes this is correct; users must register before they can submit a camp site.

   No, all camp sites have been added by the owners themselves, however camp sites can be entered manually.

   Yes that is correct

   They pay for a yearly advert, payment is mad through PayPal on a subscription basis so it’s up to them to cancel it or they will automatically be charged the year after for another years advert. A monthly fee could be added very easily.

   You said 100s of backlinks but I only see 1 in google?

   I believe my site has 300 back links according to backlinkchecker.com also my google webmaster tools account says I have 147 listed in googles data banks. Not sure why 1 is only showing.

   Reserve price for this would be $1500. This is a very good price for a site with great potential, all the hard work has been done if you visit my blog which can be found here www.caravanineurope.co.uk/blog you will see a listing of all keywords and ranking that are in GOOGLE and there are about 60 and 95% of them are in the top 10.

   I see you do have adsense but said you don't! Have you just added this and how is it doing?

   It is not adsense it is bidvertiser, not much earned through here about $6 probably would do better through adsense however my account was disabled so this is why I use bidvertiser. I used to run a few proxy websites and these were against googles t&c’s.

   At the moment I just offer paid adverts however if the site doesn’t sell I am going to offer free adverts for the first year and then charge them the second year. Once the adverts have built up I was then thinking of adding a user portal where viewers would then have to sign up and pay to view the adverts on a yearly basis.

   No, this is a feature that needs adding, I manage this through phpmyadmin at the moment, however if you know PHP this can be added very easily to the existing code.
