The design is 110% custom and designed by myself, xhtml'd by myself. All PHP is coded custom and is all included in the sale. As is the domain which expires 06/01/10.

can it be adapted ?
eg to automate uploading to various parking sites eg sedo ?
can it be used to list , as an auction site ? eg to be a mini version of sedo , to sell by auction directly , listing price?
ie can it be modified ?

It could be turned into more of the selling side for an additional fee, yes. Currently it isn't as we were generally focusing on the managing side for now.

You don't get a confirmation email, no.
When you register you should be redirected straight away to the My Domains Dashboard.
Make sure that you haven't put Email in as your Username.
