The site makes about $8-10 per day in adsense plus at least 1-200 a month in clickbank sales.
Not very well monetized and could be ramped up very easily. Would make a lot more if I had time to include a relevant ckickbank product in every article posted! that works very well!

Hi Pedro - all I do is post new articles regularly and find clickbank products to match the content when I have time.
The income listed is made through adsense and from the clickbank products listed in the sidebar.
It is a wordpress site so vey easy to use and I probably spend about an hour or 2 a day on it. - thanks

Hi Snow - its not 1-1200 its one to two hundred a month - this is eratic as sometimes I search for pruducts to match the content I post and sometimes I dont!
When I do I make good sales - one article I made over 600 in one day from one article. I just put the minimum amount to go by. because I have good organic traffic the articles with the products through the content sell again and again - all the main products I promote are very targeted and you can see them all in the sidebar on the site.

Do you have some proof of income and traffic please? I see that your articles are not unique,so I know you said you spend 1-2 hours a day on it...is that looking for products to match the articles? I noticed that about 25% of your traffic comes from Twitter...so does the twitter account come with the sale of this site? Also..how long have you had the site?

Hi Angel - I am going to post some screenshots of traffic soon.
my clickbank account covers all my sites and I am not happy to share all those details with everyone. I created the site about october last year. the articles actually rank well for their keywords - I am a member of a personal development plr club and have a proven technique for rewriting content so that it is indexed as unique almost immediately and google webmaster tools have never once alerted me about duplicate contact - there is a trick to this which I will share with the successful buyer!
as for the twitter account - I have over 4000 followers to my own name - so not sure how that would work? suggestions???

Angel - sorry - yes! I spend my hour or two rewriting, seraching for products etc and learning how to use all the graet features of wordpress - I guess I play with my site - moving things around, changing stuff to look pretty etc - finding pictures and I also answer every comment personally!
also - there are many unique articles on the site and I forgot to mention there are over 4000 people signed up on rss feed!
also forgot to mention (im very sleep deprived, sorry :)
with twitter - there is a great plugin that posts to twitter every time I publish an article on auto. you only need to change the twitter username to yours - or work out how to change my twitter account to you.(over 4000 followers currently)

Ok so today I got some advice as to where to get proper real statistics!
I had used website valuation tools to gather traffic figures and it turns out they were not quite correct - it also turns out there is a neat little plugin on my site which I could have gotten all this info without all the searching I did.
I also learnt to do the screenshot thing today and am posting a total site overview now.
The page views show as less than the tools I used - but the rss feeds to the site are more than double what I thought and are over 8000 - this feed doesnt have adsense yet as I havent worked that out yet :)
I was reading some of your posts on a couple other forums..you have learned alot in these few months...so good for you! Since you said on one of the forums that this site was more about something that you really embraced rather than a money earner for you...it would be really helpul if you can post some screenshots of income from just this site. Since you own the traffic exchange, is any of the traffic to this site coming from the traffic exchange? That is ok..as long as there are some buyers there as well as just people that view the sites..
ill see what i want to do about my personal financial accounts and no - none of the traffic comes from my trafic exchnage! none at all, I dont promote any of my stuff at my own exchange as I dont think thats fair to all my members!

Hi everyone and sorry for my abscence - trip to the other side of the country for a family emergency to deal with.
I have answered all pms now and have uploaded the screenshot for adsense also.
My girlfriend is having trouble with clickbank screenshot.
Can someone suggest how she would remove all the irrelevant products from the screens - I run everything through the one account and her stuff is there also.
the overview screen wont do either because it shows everything combined which is far more than what I am claiming this particular site makes.
Also, I would rather keep the hot products to myself...lol
What is the normal thing to post for clickbank please? anyone?

well i have a clickbank screenshot but this is not totally due to this one site.
I dont know how to cover all the irrelevant information or how to work out all the clickbank stats - I dont track anything yet, havent spent any time to learn that. I just send traffic to stuff and make sales for a variety of different things.
so the clickbank is just the account overview shot and thats the best I can do with my girlfriend having extended her holiday.

easily! the site has an awesome paid plugin that you can load up your articles and set them to autopost at whatever time and frequency you like.
does twitter come with it?

well... my knowledge and skill is quite limited so Im not sure how helpful I can be but I am more than happy to explain what I do and how I do it - I could write an instructions report or similar, but I am looking to free up time rather than spend more time on the site which is why I am selling it!

I am not prepared to continue writing posts etc, but there is lots of wallpapers, reflections, reports, ebooks etc that I will give the new owner - I just havent had time to add any more than what is there already.

Kimmy, in your snapshots can you show at least the product name or that it is linked to the website some how? These can be snapshots of anything. Also, what is the A in front of the amounts in googld adsense? I've never seen that before.

I had alot of trouble getting that screenshot I have no idea about graphics! I will see what I can do - my biz partner/best girlfriend usually does stuff like that for me and she is on vaction - i'll see what I can do though.
Just so you now - only about 10-15% of the clickbank income is from this particular site as mentioned above - that account has all sorts of stuff in there!
The A on adsense is for Aussie dollar - I am in australia and the adsence shows in my currency - thanks for your comments :)
Just to answer a few pms in public for everyones info......
the site is currently on a dedicated server, I am happy to have my host move it to your hosting or highly recommend my host if you dont have your own - their customer service is spectacular and they do everything for me - also before the server it ran quite happily on a $7.95 account.
yes I am happy to sign an agreement that prevents me from starting up again in the same niche - I have also had other terms of agreement put to me and these terms seem fine.
yes you get the email subscribers. Currently there are 3 lists with 3 campaigns and 3 capture lead pages to go with them.
I am happy to provide some training - but if you know how to use wordpress you are pretty set! I am happy to provide some support and a written explanation of what I do and how I do it.

hi - well i wish i had an answer - that looks like a good tool!
the fact is i do no tracking etc the only thing that has changed is my committment - i have been very busy on other projects and working offline in the last few months or maybe im getting boring...lol
i used to get lots of traffic from twitter but recently i havent played there - just the twitter auto poster thingy posts each article when i publish it and thats about it - i havent even had time to auto post at tweetlater -so that will be part of it i imagine.
reason im selling is because there are only so many hours in the day - my relaunch of my main site has taken way more time and expense than i thought and what pushed me over the line was not only do i need more time but i need the cash - thanks for your question.
also - who can explain the escrow thing to me please?
how does that work for selling a site? i have had pms asking for escrow payment arrangements - i have been there and read alot and it seems to me that I would be expected to hand over control of the site before i got paid - is that right?

no the site doesnt have google analytics
the RSS feed has not been adsensed (couldnt work that out) but there is over 8000 RSS feeds so it would probably be a great idea for the new owner to do it!

my host will move the whole site to your hosting for you as its on my dedicated server and they manage the whole thing for me - if there is a cost (forgot to ask) I guess I'll wear that because apparently you could do this yourself if you knew how and it was normal hosting but it is on a dedicated server so...anyway my guys are happy to do it - if you dont have hosting - I highly recommend Interxstream - top notch! (they know everything and they do everything for you - yay!)

firstly in answer to pms - I have not had adsense for 3 months so I cant get figures for 3 months - I have posted above that adsense has only been on the site for a short period of time.
so many of you want so much from me! I am very non techie and find it very difficult to get what you ask for.
I dont know anything about google analytics - and dont have time to learn.
I dont know how to get around in the clickbank account which is why I share it with a trusted friend and just get my share of the money.
unfortunately Kelly wont be back from Bali before this auction ends so I dont have access to her (more advanced) skills at the moment.
I have stated that the clickbank shot is not all for this site its actually only about 10-15% of the amount listed on there that is due to this particlur site

My newbie skills is one of my big problems and another reason I am happy to sell - there is alot of potential there and very good beginnings but I only know so much and am not in a position to improve the site anymore than I have with the knowledge I possess at this time. No - no link building has been started - that seems like a hell of a job and I dont have time for that although I am learning about the advantages that people say link building has.
I cant really provide any more info than I already have :( I feel stuck - I fully understand that people want all this stuff but there is what there is and thats it.
Obviously everyone looking at this auction is far more advanced than me and will be able to take what is there and do a great job of improving what is already a good and some what profitable site.
I feel like I should lower the price as I am unable to provide all these things - on the other hand I know what I am doing, what could be done by someone more advanced and that the site makes reasonable money.
It has been suggested by several different sites, articles etc that a site should sell for one years income plus other things to be taken into account - I just finished reading problogger and have taken advice from there and several other places so if you go on the income alone (the minimum income) that x 12 = $4800!
couple that with the rss readers that are not monetized, the twitter account, email campaigns, email subscribers, splash/lead capture, pr3, first page rankings for certain keywords etc etc etc and this is a bargain at the BIN price.
but I need to sell and I have no more to offer, therefor I am lowering the reserve and the bin as the auction will end in only a couple of days.
I would love to help more but thats the limit of my understanding so please stop asking me to jump through hoops with this and that - I cant!
you either want the site or you dont - isnt it up to you how much more successful you make it after you buy it? I have made it pretty good up until now, even with my limited skills - I do try hard and will help the new owner in anyway I can.
