This site was originally registered on 24th February 2009. Credit and debt is a huge niche topic right now, with global economic recession and more people getting into debt each day.

The site is designed around Wordpress, and so is very easy to maintain and update. The backend of the current theme makes changing colour schemes, adding widgets and implementing Adsense very easy, even if you have not used Wordpress before.

The traffic is slowly increasing and the site has been added to various blog directories (dmegs, blogcatalog, blogflux, blogdir plus others).

All content on the site is written especially for this site and is unique. I will include PLR credit articles as part of the sale, if you wish to re-write then and add them (I will also show the buyer a link that makes re-writing PLR very easy to do and is free).

2 articles have been submitted to EzineArticles and have been accepted, so traffic from those will soon increase. I would also suggest that the buyer submits the rest of the articles to EZA, as well as various other article directories for additional traffic generation.

Some of the articles have been submitted to Social Bookmark sites such as Digg, Stumbleupon, and Reddit. Each submission has given the traffic an immediate boost. Again, I would suggest that the rest of the articles be submitted to these social bookmark sites, and to many other similar services (I will give the buyer a list of other social bookmarking sites to submit to).

Various Wordpress plugins have been added for a better visitor experience. These also make it easier to promote the site. These plugins include...

• sociable - adds links to the social bookmark sites to each post to get visitors to promote the site
• all in one seo - makes each article search engine friendly to help boost search engine position
• google sitemaps - a Google sitemap has been registered and submitted to Google
• related post - each article has links to other related articles on the site, keeping the visitor on the site longer

Since June 19th, the site has received 110 visitors from the promotion methods listed above, and this traffic comes from backlinks and raw search engine results. No paid promotion or marketing has been done to this site.

The site offers various methods of revenue...

• Adsense - there are Adsense links added to each and every page, as well as within various individual articles
• Ebook Sales - there are 2 sales pages for debt related ebooks, both of which you will receive 100% of each sale. These ebooks come with private label rights, so you can re-write them, add affiliate links for more backend revenue, or break up and use as content on the site
• Affiliate Revenue - Clickbank links are listed on each page for additional revenue stream. Also, banners from other affiliate schemes are scattered around the pages

As a suggestion, you could offer affiliate payments to webmasters who send you visitors to each of the ebooks. This will boost traffic as well as sales.

Attached are Google Analytics reports for traffic stats.

As mentioned in the main listing, 2 articles have been submitted to Ezine Articles, and these are starting to generate traffic. Also, various comments have been left on related blogs in the same niche. Again, this helps to gather good positioning in the search engines, as well as draw traffic from those other blogs.
