I would like to sell one of my web sites, Windows 7 Walls - http://www.windows7walls.com
The site provides a selection of official and unofficial Windows 7 wallpapers. The site uses WordPress with a custom, unique design (made by me). To maintain the site takes about 30 mins per week - it all depends on how many new wallpapers you'd like to add - I usually add a couple each week.
The wallpapers. There are two sources of wallpapers which you can use. Firstly is user submissions. Several of the wallpapers on the site have been submitted by visitors. The other source is the official wallpapers - the ones which come bundled with the betas, release candidates, etc. I will provide a zipped folder full of these ready to be posted to the site to the winner of this auction.
Why am I selling? I'm selling this site for two reasons. Firstly, I have other projects on the go - too many in fact. By selling this site it frees up some funds for me which can then be put into my other projects. Secondly, with the launch of Windows 7 approachng and with this site being on the first page in Google for "windows 7 wallpaper" this niche is soon to explode. When that happens I personally think that this site should step away from WordPress and move to a more dedicated wallpaper script to take care of things. Demand for this is sure to increase and can only go up.
Hosting costs. Bandwidth is the only issue here really due to the large file sizes of the wallpapers. It's hard to judge exactly what it costs since I have a bunch of other projects running on the same hosting account. Bandwidth monthly is between 15 to 20GB so I'd recommend a plan with at least 25GB of bandwidth - shouldn't cost too much. I was originally using Amazon S3 for hosting the wallpapers but it worked out cheaper to just use a normal hosting plan.
Transfer. I'd be happy to help the winner set this up on their server.

Quick update on the stats so far this month. Last few days theres been almost 3,000 daily visitors.
@Python could you please show traffic sources? What are you using for stats? Could you install Google Analytics and show screen grab for a day?

See there's big swings between last week and this week. Almost double traffic for past few days compared to first few days of the month. Are you promoting the site on these days?
I have not done any promotion (apart from link exchanges to build up some backlinks for SEO purposes).
The traffic spikes from time to time because the wallpapers get featured quite regularly on other sites and blogs. For example, I've seen this site linked to from quite a few "Top 10 wallpaper" sort of lists which combined with the organic and image searches it simply drives traffic to the site.
I have dropped the bin by another $200 down to just $1000.
