Ok, now, a little bit of Full Disclosure: This site sold (for $12,500) at auction over a month ago, on the SitePoint Marketplace (aka Flippa). However the buyer pulled out for very understandable (but unfortunately, unforeseeable...) personal reasons - it was nothing to do with the site. Thus, it's back up for sale :-)

Also Note: My previous auction contained, stupidly, other sites that actually brought down the value of the entire package. So this time round it's nothing but pure, delicious, affiliate-earning meat!

SO HERE'S THE FULL STORY:

This is Dating Advice eBook Review Site that's more than four years old.

It has been a steady earner for that entire time, but unfortunately it's come time to sell.

I'm starting a new project that will take a bit of juice, not to mention my costly travel habit (see profile pic :O).

Revenue is US$815.80 Per Month, averaged over the past nine months (that's right, I'm giving you Proof of Earnings stretching back 9 months - none of this meagre 3 or 6 month stuff!)

Expenses: Approximately $14-18/mo. The only real expense is the Autoresponder list, which is hosted by AWeber.com.

This gives you a nice and tidy $800 per month, NET PROFIT.

Yes, that's $9,600 Net Profit/Year

If only an airline ticket from Australia to Sweden wasn't so expensive, I'd hang onto this baby :-D

There's also a bit of Google AdSense and Amazon Associates Program thrown in for good measure.

I put 0:00 hours work into this site each week, which is another motivating factor for selling.

With a little bit of love you could dramatically boost the revenue, by simply adding new products for example, not to mention utilising the 2,100+ happy subscribers we've been sending quality dating advice (we've never "spammed" out newsletter subscribers).

The site is all original content (one of the reasons it made it's way onto Wikipedia).

   Ok I've lowered the BIN price by $1,000 in the hope this will encourage someone to end the auction early - we've gone 20 hours over the original finish time already, can't do two sleepless nights in a row :O
