Description
Product: A year ago, I created a very good product in the six pack abs niche. Inside are four high-quality videos created by myself, as well as two PLR ebooks. Finally, an info file links to outside articles and videos as bonuses.
I made a really stupid mistake when creating this site: I decided I was going to try to be the "affordable" product. Stupid. I should have just price-matched, gained affiliates, and gone from there, but I decided to try to be different. Anyway, I've lost my passion for the niche and just want to sell it.
Here's are the links to the product:

Traffic: This is important...
The site gets about 2,000 hits a month. My traffic comes from three different sources:
1) I have a killer YouTube channel. One video has over 100,000 views, and the videos are GOOD.
Here's a link to the channel: http://www.youtube.com/SixPackExercises
These videos rank well in the search engines, drive a lot of traffic, and warm up the visitor. Good stuff.
2) Ezine Articles: I wrote some killer articles that also rank well in the SERPS. Most of the articles have been viewed over 500 times. Here's a link to the author page:

3) Organic rankings. Google seems to be a little moody with this site. Right now, you can't find it, but it bounces all over the place. Usually, you can find it at #1 for "six pack exercises," but it bounces all the time. Never took the time to investigate why, although one affiliate took a lot of the content from the site, which made me think it was a duplicate content issue.
I have never tested PPC traffic, and I have not driven additional traffic to the site since the creation of the articles and YouTube videos. However, they continue to send hoards of traffic every month and do well in the search engines.
Work Needed:
To be a profitable site that makes $1,000 a month or more, here's what needs to happen...
1) Redesign. The look of the site sucks. The copy is good (I wrote it myself) but needs to be tweaked.
2) Price raise. I don't know why I thought I was doing a good thing by keeping the price at $12. One of my dumbest marketing decisions ever. At least triple it to $37, and you'll triple your money (conversions will increase, too).
3) Test new forms of traffic.
4) Track your conversions... something I never did.
The product is listed in the Clickbank marketplace and is ready to be scaled.
Revenue Details
Untouched, the product experiences about a sale a week. For whatever reason, I thought I would be clever and only charge $12 a sale, which was a terrible mistake. At $37 or $67, the revenue obviously increases, as will conversions and affiliate promotions.
There is also a backend offer for a cleansing program, run through Commission Junction, and subtle recommendations for other Clickbank Abs programs.

There is no BIN price, but if you want to PM me with an offer, you are welcome to do so.
The question was raised as to whether or not I will transfer the YouTube videos and the articles. The buyer will get the password to the accounts, so I will make sure that he or she receives everything. That was a good question.

I got a couple of good questions via PM, so I've included some more details below:
There is a list of 420 people in Aweber. If you know of a way to transfer an Aweber list to a different account, I'd be happy to include that.
I wasn't sure about refunds, so I just looked it up in the Clickbank account. Since January 1st of this year, there have been exactly zero refunds. Zero. Granted, there haven't been more than a few dozen sales, but not a single refund.

I would like to know why the link shown on a few of the ezine articles send user to the weightlossfactor.net.

If the site is bought, the ezine articles and the YouTube videos come with the purchase?

Simon, yes I will give the buyer access to the Ezine and YouTube accounts.
Travis, I experimented by doing some bum marketing with that domain WeightLossFactor.net does not come with the auction, but you do have full reign on the Ezine account.
