Description
.ly (Libya) domains are more and more popular especially in the start-up world with sites like: present.ly, bit.ly, ow.ly, pix.ly, img.ly, chart.ly, jive.ly, tweet.ly, jot.ly, ...
It's becoming the #1 choice of ccTLD for entrepreneurs who can't afford or don't want to pay thousands of dollars for a .com.
.ly domains are also very appreciable due to to their consonance, a lot of people tend to attach the extension to the name when pronouncing them, for example with bit.ly: it's not bit dot ly it's bitly. It gives a sense of uniqueness to your domain.
In the case of strict.ly, it's a domain hack and as I'm sure you are already aware this kind of domain is more and more popular as well (e.g. del.icio.us, mag.ma, vi.sualize.us, fav.or.it, ...). The .ly ccTLD is without a doubt the most favorable extension to domain hacks given the -ly suffix.
Each week .ly domains are being sold for several hundreds of dollars, is it worth it? It sure is. Not only you get to have a generic domain name but .ly websites get also a lot of press coverage (e.g. TechCrunch) so it's really is a win-win deal.
As for the word "strictly" itself, it brings a lot of potential to whatever site you're building on, proof with the 57,800,000 search results in Google, and it is of course very brandable, who doesn't know the strictly business slogan?

Don't miss this opportunity, and believe me you won't regret it.
Thank you and good luck.
