Hello All,
My name is Hemanth and I have been working on SEO for over 3 years discovering what does and doesn’t work in internet SEO. What really boils my blood is when people are fleeced and pay huge amounts of money to get their sites ranked in search engines. Getting indexed in major search engines and directories is priceless but does need an investment of your time for learning SEO to make the best use of it
I have taken up a couple of SEO Projects till about last year when things got really busy with work. I used to work on 3 projects ($600) a month. I have given my SEO Freelancing Career a Complete Break for over 7 - 8 months now considering my Day Job and Blog in mind. The site has been somehow idle for a long time and I decided to sell it a person who wants to continue SEO Freealncing and use it for his business purposes.
Revenue Details
Its an SEO Services site where revenue directly depends on Incoming Business. I have been rejecting quite a lot of new SEO Work due to lack of time.
Traffic Details
It Ranks Top 1 - 5 for most of the Keywords like seo freelancer, freelancer seo, seo freelancing, seo consultant india, seo freelance.
In fact the site has not been optimized for a year now and it still retains the ranking and well indexed. A little bit of SEO on this could do wonders again.
Current PageRank - 2 : It has decreased due to Non Activity.
I can show you my Google Analytics Account and my Google Webmasters Account.
The thing is, The site has not been touched for an year now. So traffic has decreased. May be posting an Article or 2 can bring back life to the site with much more traffic. I have some topics in mind and I can deliver one or more articles since I am an SEO Guy.

What kind of advice/training/guidelines/systems you can provide to the new website owner, that will allow to do SEO for clients who contact us through the website?
Also, can you please descibe a project that was received through the website - how much is usually paid, and what is expected.

I could provide the new owner with all the SEO Material that I had once gathered to pursue my SEO Learning. I could give him pointers, tips and tricks by email whenever asked for a particular site. But I assume the new owner atleast has a fair idea of what SEO is. I could also connect him to my previous Clients for they might require SEO work in future.
