The site has now been updated and contains 13 unique articles about all aspects of mortgages and home financing information with tips and advice. Once the search engines pick up this recently added unique content, the traffic will increase by a good amount. This will also help the site to gain a better position in the search engines.
As the site is based on Wordpress, it needs no special software to make changes or updates. Very easy to use. Just login from any computer.
The site also comes an easy to remember and keyword rich domain name. Mortgage related keywords get searched for thousands of times per day and the information on the site is designed to keep the visitors reading longer.
I have taken my time to make sure that everything on the site is search engine friendly. This site is listed in search engines is site is found through a variety of mortgage related terms.

The site also benefits from well placed adverts from google Adsense. The adverts will generate more money once the site has been promoted (income sits at around $14.00 from the last six weeks) . Also, they are more visable without being too intrusive. AdSense payouts are on the higher side as this market is highly competitive with many companies promoting their services.

RSS news feeds have also been added to the pages to display updated and specific content to the site. The RSS updates are automatic and helps to attract the search engines.

As it says in the auction, no promotion has been done. When the site was first launched, it did attract some natural search engine traffic. However, because I neglected the site, it has bombed out and will need some promotion to bring back visitors.
