ME.PN Free domain provider with NS records, redirects and more. Getting Traffic, Low BIN!

Hello,
First Note, When you put "me.pn" in Google it shows out of "32 MILLION RESULTS", and ME.PN is first!
Up for sale is my first major potential site, which the domains follows as "ME.PN". I have solely developed the site, which is exceptionally powerful and optimized. The system is built on custom nameserver, parking and other modules - neither of them are hosted on the same server. But, it doesn't require buying one huge server (I'll explain to the winning buyer more).
But, the buyer needs to know these things. They need a dedicated WHM server with at least 2 free dedicated IPs, If you do not or can't meet this criterias we won't be able to migrate the site over to yours. It pertrains all the current data. The server and IPs above are only required if you wish to keep this site a "me.pn" registry.
Domain. Since, I personally registered the ".pn" domain with the Pitcairn Islands government it currently costs $10 per month, one flat rate fee. It is currently deducted from my credit card, and will be transferred to your e-mail address so you can pay with your own C/C details. However, If you do not use credit card, I will renew the domain for you for free if you pay the costs to renew the domain upfront. It's $100 a year, so you save $20 a year paying upfront. Also, if the domain is BIN'd I'll renew it for one year for free. If you do not have credit card and after I've renewed or not, I will remove credit card details so that the domain will automatically expire after it's expiration date, but you can re-register or you can set a credit card anytime.
Transfer. The domain will be transferred to your server, domains and account. It's registered at www.government.pn, they don't have a control panel but they have extremely fast support.
Script. It includes the script, which you can sell on for a lot of money.
What's so awesome about this, is people will no longer have to have possession of this domain and act like it's some sort of "redirected subdomain". It will have all the capabilities, and advantages of a normal register - So you're absolutely free to go. Nameserver Records, DNS records, Splash Page, Parking Service, Redirect Service. It's enough to keep anyone happy, and it's fully Google'd so you will get a lot of backlinks and traffic.
The domain also has a formal meaning, "My Personal Network". I decided "me" instead because it's a TLD already and would make it a bit more easier to show out. But, still, the meaning is kept intact and can be used for social networks, profiles, and much more.
I've lost my motivation in this project, and also I've been invited into another better project. So, I feel the need of this site must be pushed to a better, more courteous owner. I will fully guide, and support the new webmaster to succeeding this website.
So far this month, after about $100 of Facebook Advertising (free credit) I got about 400 unique users from there. I also, got about 2,000 unique users from
SEO. It's first out of "32 million results" for "ME.PN", and on the second page for ".pn"

Traffic will be autoflow, and can run on autopilot. It's absolutely awesome, but I'm absolutely low on time to update it so I'll provide to you easily to use. The concept, and script is made very professionally and simply. I'll move domain to server for free.
Includes the design created by a very expensive PSD2HTML service, which I didn't get time to finish. That costed $300.
I will provide my whole plan list to the winning buyer, which includes how the site intends to become successful because I have extremely huge plans for the site. I was looking to further develop this site, and sell for $500,000+ but I am no longer available for time or money to do this.
If finishing bid is under $2,000 - I will negotiate with PayPal, and organise a private transfer to my account. I'll pay fees.
If finishing bid is over $2,000 or BIN - Payment via Escrow.com, and I'll pay the fees for Escrow. Moniker or Sedo Escrow is possible too, and depending on the fee charge will flunctuate if I'm paying the fees fully or partially.

BIN: $2500 (for script, development and domain name cost). The BIN is negotiable, so not feel hesitated to PM me. If a appraiser predicts this could value up to $500K before mid 2010, it's absolutely a great buy.

Aspects:

- Sell the script. It's unique, and can't be found elsewhere. Could sell as "co.cc" clone because it technically is, and also has a reserved system available so domains can be reserved. WHOIS script also integrated, so it could be the next big thing!
