DiscoveringDiversity.org is a 6 year old website dedicated to diversity education. It is a PR 4 and would make a very nice addition to your network, particularly if you have education related sites. The authority that this site has alone, is well worth the price.
A fundraising affiliate offer was just added a couple of weeks ago, and has produced about $15 in commissions.
Revenue Details
Fundraising affiliate offers from Commision Junction. There are a few different programs that could be run on this site that would generate revenue. The new owner could also sell links on the site of course, for additional revenue.

I have not tried Adsense on the site, but that is certainly another option. I'll put a block up now so you guys can see it isn't banned or anything.
Expect the traffic numbers to be low (< 50) based on Alexa, but I don't have a stat package installed. I'll throw Statcounter or something on there to and see what we get.

Why is there no internal page rank ? i can see you have changed the URL's but even the old URL's are still rankless, also why is there no archieve history since January last year ? this domain looks like its been dropped, is this the case ?
