About
I started MySpace-Games.com over 3 years ago before the big MySpace rush. It has evolved over time and now has over 1300 games all with individual descriptions, thumbnails and play counts. It is all custom written and very easy to maintain. The games are hosted on my server and are plastered across MySpace profiles everywhere along with a handy backlink.

Reason for Selling
I have not updated this website in a long time and have no time anymore to keep it up to date. I have since started other numerous projects so the money would be more useful to me at this stage.
MySpace-Games.com has massive potential for someone with a bit of time on their hands to give the site a facelift and some added functionality. I had huge plans for it but just no time. I would be happy to discuss with the buyer my thoughts for the future of it.
In the last few months it has slid down the search engine result pages. It use to rank #2 for "myspace games" in Google since it's first SERP listing.

dnScoop values this website at $16,800 - not that I think these are terribly accurate, but I think this shows the value of the age of the website, the age of the domain name and it's linkage around the web.

Revenue
The website only averaged $1.50/day for December 2008, but as I said earlier - it has slid off the result pages for it's major keywords. If you go back to December 2007 it averaged $5.30/day with minimal ads.

Domain Name
This domain was registered on 29th November 2005 and was one of the original MySpace related websites developed. The domain itself it worth a lot of money.

Traffic:
2,400 visits in November 2008 - 23,000 page views
24,010 visits in November 2007 - 326,000 page views

The website still receives around 200 unique visitors a day, but was as high as 3700 unique visitors daily (naturally).

Summing Up
This is a very honest sale, and I have Adsense, Analytics and ExtremeStats from a long way back to back it up. I am happy to give genuinely interested buyers access to any of these stats. Personally, I would like to see this website go to the right person who will look after it. Looking back on it, it is a bit sad to see the traffic and revenue slump, but I just don't have the time anymore to look after it properly.
