Description
Football Chat Forum is a very active and established community of football fans and finatics.
First set up in very late January 2008, it is only a year old yet has already developed into an active forum with over 13,000 posts, 3000 threads and well over 3000 members at time of posting.
Football Chat Forum is powered by the vBulletin script - however it expires in February and will need to be renewed. It also has many other paid addons such as a full license of vbSEO and vbAdvanced links directory. Please see below for full details of licensing and pricing.
The forum does not use advertising systems such as Google AdSense but these could be added by the new owner. Currently we only sell links and banners directly to companies. In September of this year we sold $600 worth of links and banners that can be found on the sidebar of the homepage + the footer and the banner on the main forum page. These links are paid yearly and I will provide you with the email addresses of people who purchased links as they should be happy to renew them.
We have a very nice unique integrated score system so that all the members can easily view the scores of matches and the league tables without even leaving the forum. This is all updated automatically so you don't need to do anything. See it live on the site. Brilliant feature!
That brings the revenue to roughly $600/year which can easily be expended by contacting more companies and websites directly as well as other methods such as Google AdSense.

Revenue Details
Revenue is purely from the sales of links and banners. You can see links in the footer and sidebar of the homepage and the banner on forum pages.
Revenue is paid yearly from September and totals up to $600. I will provide you with the email or contact details of link buyers so that you can renew them next September for another $600.
$600 a year works out to $50/month and it can be further expanded to more with AdSense and more oink sales.
Traffic Details
Traffic comes from many different google searches as well as other forums and advertising at football and sports websites (links that I purchased permanently so the traffic will stay).

sitewatch, the vbulletin license is a leased license. I wasn't aware that it couldn't be transferred but I ask vBulletin and they also said - thanks for the heads up. Because of this the license would stay in my vBulletin account until February. I would give you access to download any updates and when it expires someone can purchase a new license in their account since it expires soon anyway.

I am assuming live score is updated automatically through RSS or some other links.
The arcade and casino links are affiliate links / your sites (included / not included - please specify).

webmaster5, they are all pulled from many different sources and feeds - some may be RSS I am not sure exactly how it works but basically it pulls scores from all the official websites.
The arcade and casino are not real cash - they are just for fun for the forum members. They can play games with each other like casino games such as poker as well as arcade games.
sam_h1, they are the older posts. On average about 30-40 members log in each day - you can see today that 45 logged in.

braveheartdesign, sure I have sent the yearly traffic data screenshot to you via PM and you should receive it shortly.
The links sold were all sold yearly in around September 2008. The year was paid upfront so they cannot be removed for a year. However, after a year you can remove the links or you can contact the link buyers (I will give you a list of emails) so you can ask them if they want to renew for another year.

MidlandInternet - what errors are you seeing? Site has been tested in Firefox, IE and Safari. Only thing is small non-english symbols near category names which is a result of the database tables being the wrong encoding on my server.
These will go away automatically when I move the site to the buyer's server as I will set up the database with the right encoding. If it is something else then please PM me or comment :)

There are no "posting bots". A few months ago we did have an RSS news poster under the username "Football News", but it only made a total of 285 posts before we decided it was a bad idea - so it hasn't had any affect on anything.
The football predictions is a feature we planned to implement but we have not - the link is just there so it could possibly be added in the future.
I am not sure what you mean about the live scores in the 2nd comment. The ?:? means that the game has not started yet or that the live scores from that game have not been fetched yet.

TheRudy traffic stats have been PMed. As you can see traffic is actually up by roughly 50/unique visits per day in January.
CDPmedia, the links are all paid until August after then you can remove them.

No I have just never set up AdSense on it.
I have AdSense running on my forum www.computalk.net but it doesn't take much revenue, like $0.50-$1 a day. So I didn't think it was worth messing up the design by adding adsense.
However, the new owner could put adsense on as it isn't banned - just never used as it isn't worth it.
