Premium Image Hosting Domain for sale!

I am looking to sell this premium image hosting domain name.

It has some type in and search engine traffic. Right now I have an ad on another site that's going to expire at some point soon. It's this domain's main source of traffic.

Last year, this domain netted around 25,000 in google adsense with the current site/template (which will come with the site).

This is a DOMAIN for sale, which gets SOME traffic. I do not guarantee any traffic, but I can provide google analytics of type in and search engine traffic. I can also provide proof of google adsense earnings, but I do not see that to be important since traffic will wean down as soon as the ad on the 3rd party site goes down/expires.

I have gotten some questions as to why I'd sell a site for 5,000 from which I made $25,000 last year.
The traffic from this 3rd party ad has gone down significantly, and I make a little under a $1,000 per month now. This is why traffic is not guaranteed, and it is only the domain that is for sale. I will freely give the 'secrets' to how I made so much to whomever buys this domain, but it is NOT guaranteed.
The adsense earnings were only listed to show potential. I started google analytics and in a few hours time I already received 16 type in users, and a few search engine ones.

After running Google Analytics on this domain, it receives around 25-30 type ins per day, as well as around 5 visitors daily that come from search engines.

I have lowered the BIN even further in an effort to sell this domain.
