Looks interesting. Let me suggest few things:
1) Verify site access
2) Few screenshots (incomes, traffic, etc)
3) What about Escrow.com?
4) Did you test AdSense on your site?Don't know, but I think the content and site's activity can be questionable even if you don't host the files. Maybe some lawyer here can give us a word?

3. Escrow.com? whats that? what is it for?
4. do you really think putting adsense on the warez website is alright?my website is illegal, that's very true, but the thing is warez hosting and warez linking is very different,
and in my case(linking), you can hundreds of VPS hostings which allow this content. and you are secure coz there are thousands of websites like this these days -
