- Was a PR4 for a while then dropped to PR3 and now it's a PR2. I am not sure why it dropped but it was there once so it shouldn't be very hard to get it back.

- 1052 inlinks according to Yahoo and 1545 inbound links according to dnScoop.

- There are 180 posts and 5 pages at the time of this listing. If you take an average of $10 per post, and it would normally cost a lot more than that to have quality blog posts written for you, that comes out to $1,800 right there and that's not even including traffic, backlinks, and everything else.

- Averages around 1800 uniques and over 4000 total visitors per month with 10,000 page views, according to AwStats. See attached screenshot. The reason the stats begin April 2008 is because I switched it over to this host at the end of April.

- Has pretty good Google rankings for some keyword phrases and is on the rise with more of them. Individual posts tend to rank very well too. It's great for long tail keyword posts to get on page one of Google.

- Earnings aren't real high but it's also not monetized very well at all. I haven't tried to make much money from it yet. It does make a little from affiliate sales and Adsense. Somewhere around $100 per month tops.

- Haven't done much marketing or promoting of this site either. Mostly just a link here and there. It's got a great start already considering the little time I have put into marketing it and could easily do very well with a little bit of effort.

- I currently spend less than one hour per month doing anything with this site. That little time is spent writing blog posts. If you take the time to market it properly and add content regularly you could be bringing in a decent income from this site in no time.

- Has a few guest authors who create much of the content so that lightens the work load even more.

- There are no expenses at all other than the yearly domain registration and hosting.

- It's a hosted wordpress blog so new widgets, themes, and everything else can be added and changed very easily.

- Just the domain could be huge here! It's over 2 years old. Plus it's easy to remember and keyword rich.

- Taking those calculations into consideration, excluding the one that valued it much higher than the rest, it seems this site is worth about $1000, or a little more. I was actually offered more than that for it earlier this year but at the time I had no intentions of selling.

I have been an internet marketer for almost 6 years and have stayed in niches related to making money online and working at home the entire time. I have decided for the new year that I am going to take my online business in a new direction. I have some ideas for new projects and selling some of my sites will help fund those projects.
