I purchased this website for $930 just a couple of months ago. This site used to make $300/month income with adsense, with the old owner.  I don't know what happened but traffic slowed down for her and she decided to sell.  I saw great potential with the website and  it has a great Pagerank (3!!) so I scooped it up!  I added a lot of useful relevant and unique content recently as well, so traffic should increase!  Sadly I wont be around to see it, but heres the deal:

I SO badly want join a coaching program that is being offered by my mentor Liz Tomey. Manualexposure.com through godaddy.com. Its almost 4 years old.  Theres tons of pages to the site, I cant even count them all!  I spent a lot of time cleaning the site up and putting more content on to it, which I had written by a professional article writer.  I had a LOT of articles written! 

The website is monetized with Adsense.
