   1, I spend from 1 to 5 hours a day without stress, there is no hurry. I pay by alertpay, you can install paypal to if you want.

   2, revenue is not profit if I'm not wrong? And the profit is about $2500 plus $300 to $500 with members signing up under me on other PTC sites, + some small pocket change here and there :D

   No, revenue is not profit. Profit is what you have left after you pay your operating costs. According to the above information, you brought in $24,000.00 and you paid out $24,159.55. That means you lost $159.55 during the last three months, as well as hosting costs. Plus, you wasted anywhere from 1-5 hours a day. None of that supports your claim of $10,000.00 a month "revenue". As far as the pending payments not being relevant, they most certainly are, unless you are going to pay them before you sell the site so the new owner won't lose as much money.

I have written "more" total profit after paying server and members has bean almost $4000 but the site earns more and more and I have invested more then $5000 in advertising and that is a loss that you as the new owner don't need to make again since the site has it traffic flow.
    I will not pay all pending payments and the new owner will not lose any money because I have this payment queue system. please read the desc. I can post all purchase and sales proof but I will not do that because there is so much it would take 10 hours for me to gather all that data. If you don't like it then don't bid.

    visitors come mostly from other ptc site, I have got about 4000 uv from google and others the last motnh

    when you buy the website you can do what ever you want with it, but if you reset the balance to $0 you will lose 99% of your members. in last 2 months I have not paid 1 single cent for advertising. All members advertise the site. I was running the site on a sheared hosting until 1 month ago when I changed to a dedicated server so I could use SSL. (ssl is not necessary)

    I cannot give you access to my alertpay account, the thing I can do is to make a txt copy.
    The pending payments go up to more then $1000 I'm not able to check exactly how much. But as I said before the payment queue that is installed helps with this and it dose not matter if there is $100 or $10,000 pending payments.

    Right now there are 4 interested buyers that want to give me the BIN.

    members paid me :) they bought upgrades, referrals and advertisements. there is no such thing here as a advertiser db. because my members advertise the site.
