I am currently putting this great recipe and blog site for sale. I am moving on with bigger projects so I am looking for a owner who is interested in the food industry. This site is open to all food lovers. Food blogs have been very popular this year and the ad costs are growing for publishers. Almost averaging $2-4 CPM.
The site is powered by photos which we asked to use and content was written by one of our writers. We were updating daily and concentrating on content but we are not able to continue to post new material on this site.
There are 3 other sister sites which help traffic trade with this site to work together in sharing information. A fantastic food lovers site - we also decided to use stockphoto companies to post in our content, which possibly costs $1-2 a photo so for post which isin't bad.
Some possible stock photo companies: istockphoto, stock exchange and getty (but more expensive).
Hosting is not included in this site and all future content must be written by the blog owner. Doing that will create unique content which will help grow your website page rank. Shared hosting should be enough if you need it, which is about $4 to $5 a month.
SCREENS
1. keyword screen - if you look at the first screen on the right you can see the amount the kewords are searched on the web. Fish Recipe and Fish Recipes are getting more than 200,000 searches on google a month worldwide it also gets an average click of .37 to .47 cents per click on adsense.

Revenue Details
Google Adsense is our main source of revenue, but we have tried others such as cpx, clicksor and even commission junction affiliate ads which work well. But I will only post the revenue using google adsense since that is our solid source of revenue stream.
The other revenue source could add more value and monthly revenue to the site.
Traffic Details
Mostly organic traffic from google and yahoo search engines. There are some traffic from stumbleupon and from the sister sites which are currently not up for sale, but are being considered in the future.
Also we did get some help in the beginning of the year from several food site such as urecipes and independent food recipe sites.
