What are the sources of the income? Can you also provide proof of income for the last 6 months?

@Skyzu: Income is generated via selling Website/Game Points that players can use to buy items for the game, change their character names and account names. PM me for revenue proof.

@Momo1984: The game is an MMORPG Full 3D game. Yes I own the game and I am selling it along with the website, you get the full package here.

@clivebulmer: Please PM me for revenue proof. I have over 50,000 accounts registered for the game with about 45,000 of them being currently active. Initially the game involved setting it up, creating tools to add new stuff and getting the site search engine optimized. All this has already been done now. All the tools created allow you to easily add new content to the game with just a few clicks of the mouse.

@jlarson18: The total costs to run the site and game come to around 500$ a month. I do not and have not advertised the site via payed methods yet. The only kind of advertising I've done is via free top sites and telling people about the game via forum posts on gaming web sites. Monthly profit is around 15,000 a month but has been as much as 20,000. The average profit each month is round 18,000. I'd say I spend around 1 day a week actually monitoring the website and talking to customers/players. The only thing you really need to know to run this website/server is how to use a web browser as everything is pretty much automated.

@azn_romeo_4u: PM me for revenue proof. There is no chance of a law suit, this site and game is completely legal and it is not a private server. The site and game come with the license to run it exclusively in the english language.

@Airkat: PM me for revenue proof.

@godigitalllc: This is not a private server and the game is legally licensed from CCR Inc, a Korean based company. The license is an exclusive license to run the game in the english language. The reason I'm selling the site is because I'm currently going through a divorce and after the end of this year I will have absolutely no time to dedicate to this game and site as I have 3 other gaming projects that generate me quite a bit more money then this one.

@Site Masters: I will reply to you asap. Thank.

Thank you everyone for your questions and comments. Happy Bidding.

You will be losing your license to the United States soon, is that the reason you are selling? Why did you not disclose this???

@Chessmen: We are not losing our license - the company who lost their license was codemasters, and they simple chose not to renew it as they have a year to year license. We have a complete English exclusive license. I am only selling this site because I will not have time to run it with my divorce coming up and the fact that I run 3 other gaming projects.

@Airkat: The BIN was 50k, I removed the BIN after someone bid 40k. I will still accept a BIN of 50k should someone want to submit a private BIN via PM. The details of my license is that I may run the RF Online game exclusively in the English language. The license specifies that it is resallable and also specified that CCR will provide quarterly updates to the game. It also specifies that we may change the game and add to it. There are no ongoing fees as it was a onetime lump sum purchase. The post you refer to is in reference to Codemaster not renewing their license and how our site will see a huge influx of players sometime after the closing of the codemasters server. The poster refers to our server as private because we did not have public registration for a while and thus it was a "private" server. He says if they know we exist referring to the players of the codemasters server seeking a new English version of the game to play on. I will say it one more time, this is a legally licensed website and server that receives quarterly updates from CCR Inc.

    Thank you for your questions.

Since codemasters obviously closed down due to being unable to renew their license, when does the license expire and how much does it cost to renew? I think we all want to know all 100% of the details of the license, as that is the biggest "whatif" in this sale.

@Airkat: The difference between my license and cm's license is that they paid on a yearly or possibly even monthly basis. They were also restricted to running the game in the english language and only in europe and blocking all outside ip addresses. However they didn't block ips like they were suppposed to and thus they ended up nulling their license because my license states that I have the exclusive right run the game in any country in the english language except for in europe, the phillippines and korea. I also have the rights to run the game however I choose, which means I can modify the game however I like as well as being able to choose whether or not I'd like to charge a monthly fee to play every month or if I want to I could sell the game as a one time fee in stores. I choose to run the game with an item mall as there is unlimited potential to generate funds using this method and offer digital downloads of the game.

Sorry for the long drawn out reaponse, that should clear up any confusion.

@godigitalllc: As I said previously Codemasters is on a yearly leased license from CCR Inc. The license I have purchased is not a leased license, it is an owned exclusive license that I paid a pretty penny for. The license enables me modify, sdd to and run the game open ended. It never needs to be renewed however after 3 years (2 years left on the upgrade support) I will need to purchase upgrade support for another 3 years, which costs 1 payment of $50,000

    Thank you for your questions.

Are you 100% sure that your license is transferable to the new owner? Is there any technical expertise required from the new owner..say in case of major game/server clitch?

@Airkat: My apologies, just thought I'd keep the auction clean. What question did I not answer?

@bizdevguy: You may need to know some basic SQL Server programming incase of some major failure, but even so I am willing to provide 6 months free support and paid support after that for the life of the site.

@gordonrp: Please send me a pm as I'll need to discuss some disclaimers with you before providing you direct access to analytics and possibly other services. Revenue proof has been posted above but if you'd like more recent or complete revenue details you'll need to send me a PM. The same goes for the BIN.

    Thank you for your questions.
