Adsense revenue (see attached) for these sites over the last 6 months are:
June - $17.08
July - $74.24
Aug - $76.61
Sep - $39.62  (I had “server issues” that month!)

As at today (17 November) there are a total of 157 pages in the Google index, reported by SEOElite (see attached).  Many of the pages already have Google Page Rank.
 
All sites are essentially the same:  Each site is handmade with XSitePro2 comprising of approximately 4 unique content articles, plus Privacy Statement (which complies with the Adsense requirement), Contact Us, Site Map, and (in most cases) a RSS feed.
 
All (but two) sites use the beautiful professionally designed XsitePro2 templates.  bluetoothhack.info, and growtomatoes.info use an SEO template I got developed to promote Amazon products.
 
All sites are monitized with Adsense.  The Adsense blocks are thoughtfully placed to maximise revenue.
 
All domain names are quality, keyword rich, call-to-action, .info names.  This is best illustrated by the fact that the .com version of these names are regularly listed and sold on the various domain selling sites.  All domains are 6 months old. They were registered with godaddy for 12 months on 24 April 2008. 
 
All traffic is organic.  The sites were promoted with back-links from article directories and various blog networks.
 
The successful purchaser will receive the XSitePro version of the sites (plus of course, FTP access, and the domain names).  This will allow you to import the site into XsitePro for easy maintenance and modifications.
 
Possible uses for the package:
1.  Do nothing and enjoy a recurring Adsense income
2.  Enhance the sites with XsitePro by adding content, changing the templates, adding affiliate products for possible resale on an individual site-by-site basis. 
3.  Use the sites as a “bonus” for affiliate XsitePro sales.  I planned to offer my XsitePro customers a Coaching package at a reduced cost which included an established site plus coaching on how to use XsitePro to enhance it.  Due to other commitments, I don’t now have the time.
