Description

I am selling my domain and all contents for www.equileads.com.

Equileads has made me tens of thousands of dollars in 2006 and 2007. I then lost my leads supplier and could not make equileads work. Its just been kinda sitting there doing nothing for the past year.

I still get about 2 to 5 people that join every month with NO advertising. I get between 5 to 20 hits every day. All hits come from search engine traffic. I spent many hours getting this domain alot of backlinks and alot of good keywords. But since I stopped advertising my keywords have slipped of course.

I would rather keep this site but since I cant find a mortgage leads supplier that is willing to be partners, I am selling the site unless I get an offer from a mortgage leads supplier.

**If you are a mortgage leads supplier and don't want to buy this website then contact me. I am looking for a partner that is willing to split the profits, all they have to do is provide the leads and I will advertise, produce the sales, and split the money.

    I had a customer ask a few good questions and figured I would put them here with the answers...

    1. Do you have an active customer list? Would you transfer that list to new owner?
    2. Do you have a list of lead providers? Would you transfer that list to new owner?
    3. Do you currently sell leads? If yes, what is the current revenue?
    4. Can you provide demo login so that I can take a look at the customer part of the website?

    1. The customer list will be transferred to the new owner. The list consists of previous people who have paid and members that have joined for free which are potential customers. The list will come in the format of a mysql database that you will be able to access via the admin login screen.

    2. No, I do not have a list of lead providers as this is the reason I am selling I do not have a mortgage lead supplier at this time.

    3. At this time the site is not selling leads. A potential client can sign up and join but they can not send us money because the client checkout has been disabled since we have no new leads to sell.

    There is a lot of Companies out there that sells wholesale leads or even fresh leads that come in, so why does it stop you from running your business?
