Description
http://www.rsgenerator.net is a well established rapidshare premium link generator site with almost 7 month history and +50.000 registered users. For those who don't know what a premium site is, it basically consists of a service that allows users to download files from an external one-click web hosting company (such as rapidshare) but without the hassle, waiting times, speed limitations of normal users. This is possible due to the design of the website, which uses a paid account from those hosting companies and, upon user request, it downloads the requested file (with premium attributes) and then stream it to the end user; no files are ever stored, they are just data streams.
Why a "Mini Network"?
Let me start by clearing that this is not a multi item sale. The domains included in this sale are only sold as a whole, since they are designed to work in synergy as partner sites, with inter links, specialized segmentation and emulating a Branded House structure.
With time, we have realized that for SEO purposes, clear segmentation and positioning it was needed to separate the services between different domains, because each generator sites positions itself as "rapidshare premium link generator" or as "megaupload premium link generator". Sites that includes both in their system, tends to be positioned not as efficiently in serps.
Saying this, the buyer if this site will get all 3 domains with the 3 uniquely coded scripts included, also all accounts included in the database, the database itself and 6 month hosting. Once the transfer is completed the only immediate thing to do is redirect payment and users advertising accounts.
A little History on the network
As times passed and the site became more and more popular, a new service was added upon user request; MegaUpload support (www.mugenerator.net). Since MU is the second most used "one-click hosting provider" and due to the fact that users always said that this was the best script/site due to it's extreme performance, and asked for MU support, we believed it would be appropriate to expand.
In the end, the site grew into a small network. Today, both rapidshare and megaupload generators have their own domains, different users, different keywords and seo strategies. But they share the same design, brand names (rsgenerator and mugenerator) and of course the same well known system structure.
Currently, the network also implemented a new partner site, to provide a new service: premium link sharing. Every requested file in the generators, which has a certain maximum size, will include a button that redirects immediately to the partner site (www.dirlink.net). Due to this a new domain was bought and a new script was coded: A rapidshare, megaupload, youtube, metacafe and break.com direct link generator. This website basically offers the possibility to share premium sites (with a size limitation, to avoid cannibalization with the network) and it also offers the possibility to download and share videos from the commented sites, since it generates a direct link to the video file.
As far as SEO goes, it includes an automated sitemap, rssfeed, an auto populate system (add newest videos into database) and finally an auto generated blog, which creates an article for each file or video requested. In conclusion, having over 10.200 indexed pages, 400 uniques per day and 51% organic google traffic.
Where Does Traffic Come From?
The site is in both in spanish and english language, redirecting each users automatically with a geo-targeting system. Therefore, relevant ads, limitations and strategies can be used for both segments, prioritizing of course english speaking language which is always the most profitable.
Since this is a network, each site has a different traffic origin, but they all share the same characteristics: Most visitors come from USA, they have a great amount of referring traffic (44% for rsgenerator) and over 27% organic traffic (up to 51% in case of dirlink).
Maintenance/Costs?
All the sites works in auto mode.
You just need to provide the accounts for the generators, with a minimum of 1 rapidshare account (9USD) and 1 megaupload account (9.99USD) per month. Of course, due to the donation system which is working quite well, you'll at least be able to buy one account per month just with paypal donations and you'll have donated accounts in no time.
Currently the site is equipped with enough accounts to run for 1 month; 2 donated RS accounts, 3 accounts already paid, and 1 megaupload account valid for 2 months (only one is needed).
As for hosting goes, the site can run in shared hosts (as lower as 6.45usd per month). It has been on the same hosting company since the site was created, and it's currently paid for 6 more months, which is included with this sale; meaning you'll not have to worry for hosting until early 2009.
Why are you selling?
I'm gonna travel for over a year around the world and I'll not have enough time to worry about this network, since the time I'll have will be used for other projects.
Revenue Details
The revenue comes mainly from 2 sources: CPALead and AdSense. It's distributed almost 50-50. As you can see in the pictures, the income from CPAlead was almost 270USD in just 28 days. Also, income from AdSense had an average of 7.78 per day (peaks of 12+), and was affected by a downtime problem, but even dough the monthly average should be over 230USD being very pessimistic.
How CPALead works in the site?: Every user needs to answer a survey every 72 hours to keep using the site. Upon 3 surveys, they will not be bothered again (this can be changed). For Spanish users, they can use the site always with no limitations (except the implicit limitations in the limited amount of accounts for their Spanish version). This is due to the fact that CPAlead has very few international surveys. Even dough, they can answer a survey and get VIP access for 24 hours, which is working nicely.

Of course.
The downloaded files are never stored in the server. It has a very clear TOS regarding copyright material and it allows to forbid the download of certain links if that's requested or if that's determined by the owner/admin. It has a very complete log information pointing time, file and IP of the user who download it, in case you need to investigate a certain user; it also has a very complete historic information of every single user (meaning every ip they ever had). But it won’t be needed anyways, since the beginning of the website I haven’t any complies about links, since they cease to work once it's removed from the source. Personally, I've blocked certain files due to the fact they were against my personal ethics (stolen databases that were flying around the net as rapidshare links).Regarding rapidshare account usage, it's not against their TOS.
Rapidshare and sites of the sort forbid sharing the account information and hold rights to close an account if that happens. But this site doesn’t share any information. It acts just like a friend who you give a rapidshare link for him to download it for you and then he send it to you, but this happens on the fly. Also, the logs of the account point to a single IP, with represents a correct usage. The generators doesn’t store nor promote any files.
The premium links generated are only visible (and valid) to the user that requests them. Regarding the new site, "dirlink", it has a very clear TOS also and the links only last as long as the original exists, and even so, they can be removed upon request. Anyways, dirlink.net revenue is not included in the $500, it's just a bonus since it's a new part of the network.Bye,

Hi,
The expenses are:
- Hosting (6 month included in the sale).
- One 30 days Rapidshare account minimum per month (9USD) for the RS site, which are paid by paypal donations (5 included in the sale).
- One 30 days Megaupload account min per month (9.99USD) for the MU site (one 2 month megaupload account included).
- For dirlink, nothing, since it used the accounts from the other 2 sites. As said before, the site works much better with more accounts. There’s a direct relation between bandwidth and new registrations. Anyways, the VIP system provides enough money to finance a couple of accounts per month and also donated accounts reduces the necessity of buying new ones.
