Up for sale is my image hosting/sharing website www.OMGupload.com. A few of the great things about my website include:

• 100% Custom Designed

The design was created by leading designers at Ehotim. Everything you see on the website was custom created by them including the layout, logo, buttons, icons - you name it! This design is not like the crappy, generic designs you see with the muhalism script - this is completely unique.

• 90% Custom Developed

Every feature on the site from the little ones, to the big ones were custom developed. Theirs 1 script which was free (I'll mention it later.)

• Advertisements

This website has been advertised on such websites as: Friendster, MyCrib and other leading forums and communities.

• Partnerships

OMGupload has established 2 powerful partnerships. One is with a high gaming forum (15,000+ members) and another with a technology forum (25,000+ members.) If you wish, I can put you in contact with these people to re-evaluate the contracts.

• Business Plan

The winning bidder will receive OMGupload's full business plan. The plan consists of everything you expect to be in a business plan such as: balance sheets, projected profit and loss statements, marketing, human resources, mission statements, prime function, comparisons with flickr, imageshack etc. Serious bidders will be allowed to look at only 1 section of the plan (nominate which section) and I will supply you with it. Please note that OMGupload had great projected revenue and membership signups.

The following is a rundown of all the features on OMGupload:

• Image Uploading

Non-registered users can upload images not exceeding 2 MB while registered users can upload an image not exceeding 5 MB.

• Multiple Uploading

Registered users can can take advantage of our flash uploader which can handle an unlimited amount of images. This tool was very popular.

• Non-Flash Uploader

The non-flash uploader was introduced due to some members not having flash (weird, huh?) thus not being able to use the service.

• Custom CMS

The custom CMS was built and developed by our lead programmer. The latest news is displayed on our homepage, where users can read up on what's been going on.

• Slideshow

Registered users can upload images, then go through the process of creating animated GIF's. Very cool tool, developed by our programmers.

• Profiles

Our profiles were developed by our lead programmer - 100% custom made. The user can enter their personal information such as hobbies, interests etc. and you can search using our search tool for users. Members can use the profile tool to decide whether or not they want a certain piece of information to be displayed. They can also hide their images.

• Tagging

Users can 'tag' images for certain keywords and then use our search feature to find other images tagged with these keywords.

We have our own policy, FAQ's etc. so users can feel safe and secure.

• Advertising Banners

Along with the website, I will supply you with all the advertising banners I have used over the last few months. Lots of 728x90, 300x250 etc.

• Coverage

OMGupload has been covered by many blogs and websites, with our best coverage coming from KillerStartups.

Traffic & Revenue

Please assume that OMGupload has no traffic nor revenue. In the past month, we have had major trouble with our hosts, resulting with backups lost, lots of downtime etc. This ultimately resulted with traffic and revenue going south. OMGupload was a PR3, but declined to 0 after the update. The site was down for around 2 weeks. Alexa Rank got down to 330,000, revenue was around $650 per month. Traffic was around 40,000 uniques per month.

Note that we do not have proof of this, nor do we earn this amount of revenue now. The winning bidder will be able to find in the business plan a cost-effective way of building the revenue back up.

After we installed our most recent backup (which isn't very recent) we have around 30 registered users - was over 1,500. I'm sure that if you complete a small marketing campaign, traffic and registrations will skyrocket again.
