Why am i Selling:
The site was inactive for a while, because I wasn't maintaining it. I have recently update design to give checkrankings a fresh new look. I have 3 other major projects that takes up all of my time and I want to see this go lacking behind. The site can be monetized to make much more if it was advertised.The site has no legal issues or anything. Google once prohibited users from using automatic queries software. So the code allows free users to manually click on a link to update rankings. Plus all rankings are track anonymous so there is no track back to the site. This protects users interest. Cost:
The site cost nothing to maintain, I have it on a server so i pay for my server. I have many other sites on the server. checkrankings doesn't consume much of anything and can be easily moved to a shared hosting environment. I would prefer to keep is on a good server because users have to click on an update link to update their rankings and this need a good server with a good processor. I have never paid for any advertisements or any. The traffic is low, but it has a good signup rate on the small traffic so imagine a lot of traffic.
Management
The site has a custom built admin section to manage free and paid users. Basically when someone signup for free, their account is auto created. If someone upgrades, you can login to admin, find their account, and change it to paid account. There is also a override section to give users ability to track more or less keywords. I get about 3 emails or more per week asking questions about the site.

• Every once in a while the code needs to be re optimize to work with the search engines new queries.
• Code is written in php so its very easy to find a programmer
• Support is very low because the site is automatic
• The new owner can optimize the ranking code, It tracks most keywords on each users's account, but the more keywords it has to track it some times misses some. Probably reducing the number of keywords on a paid account will help. Right now paid users have 75 keywords to track. I recommend reducing it to about 50 and putting on a good server.

Of the 2800 members, there are about 5-7 paid users of 49 dollars per year. So around 300 per year. These few were gotten since i redesign it and optimized the code.
