Description
Unique Google Strategy Service
FirstPageTop10.com is a Google SEO Strategy service that places any company on the first page of Google for low-to-moderately competitive keywords. This unique service achieves first page results very quickly (1 or 2 days) and is relatively easy to implement.
The company assets are:
- a unique SEO process that has a provisional patent application
- clear procedures
- domain, logo, and website
- a joint-venture marketing plan that can generate $ 1.8 Million within one year
SEO and Marketing Services
The entry level service is a $300/month subscription to place a business on the first page of Google for their keywords that fit within a low-to-moderate competitive range.
This provides opportunity to upsell the client to more expensive marketing services.
Company History
The FirstPageTop10 SEO Strategy was discovered by accident while experimenting with marketing for another company. The results were so immediate and astonishing that I continued to develop the process and hone it into a reproducible procedure. The service was launched in May 2000, but I became involved with another business opportunity, so I was not able to put futher energy into FirstPageTop10.
Joint-Venture Marketing Strategy
Here's how to make $1.8 Million with this company within one year:
Call your local newspaper or print publication and ask them how their advertising business is doing. They will all tell you that the economy is terrible, and that businesses aren't advertising. This is your opportunity. You tell them you have an online advertising service that can be sold as a package deal wtih the publications print advertising. The newspapers will sell your FIrstPageTop10 service to their customers for you. You collect payment, render service, and give your newspaper partners 50% of the revenue.
$300/month X 50% = $150/month
$150/month X 12 months = $1,800
$1,800 X 1,000 customers = $1.8 Million
Your hard costs will be in rendering the service, tracking it, and billing your customers. There will be no advertising costs since your newspaper and print publication partners will advertise your service to their advertisers.
I have a newspaper contact who is willing to sell this to her 2,000+ database of advertisers, but I don't have time to move forward with the deal. I would be glad to introduce you and guid you through the first wave of marketing and fulfillment. Once you have an established newspaper joint venture, you can open doors to all other newspapers and periodical print publications.
Contact me for more information. I can share the SEO strategy with serious buyers only.

The service places a commercial in the first page listing for keywords of low-to-moderate competition. This is explained on the website itself, there is a video that covers the basic service and can explain it better than I can.
The service works for most keywords as described. I can give examples to serious inquiries. There's nothing magic or slimy about it - the service is a creative use of a shortcut I discovered while marketing another business.
It does NOT work for top-level keywords. That's why I clearly state "low-to-moderate competitiveness" as the qualifier. And that's why I offer a guarantee to the customer. However, with a little bit of analysis, most businesses can benefit greatly from dominating low value keywords, and this business delivers a powerful, fast way to do exactly that.
Additionally, the marketing plan is very important. "SEO" itself is a highly competitive keyword space - after all, one is pitted against the top experts in the world to try to capture market share in anything related to SEO. However, my marketing plan bypasses the need for the service to be visible on the web. In fact, the website for this service only serves as a convenient way to provide information and register new customers. It could just as easily be sold on joint venture partners' websites by placing a one-page brochure on the partner's website.
Anyone who doesn't understand the concept - please let me know and I'll try to explain better. This website's google placement is completely irrelevant. What's relevant is the effectiveness of the service and the offline method of reaching new customers.

Verify site ownership please. How about some examples of clients who you've placed top 10?

Sounds like a great site. Just two questions, if I may.
1. Can you tell me the top keywords for FirstPageTop10.com so that I can see it on the top ten on Google.
2. Are you actually selling this site or is it a referal for an SEO co.
Thanks -

Please - anyone asking for top keywords for FirstPageTop10.com - there aren't any. The site and the service are not marketed online. I explained it in one of my posts above. The service works for low to moderate competition keywords, and nothing in the "SEO" keyword space is anything less than highly competitive.
This service works very well for companies that want to dominate lower value keywords or get into moderate value keyword spaces. Here is an example of Google positioning for one of our clients, VeganBakes.com. You'll see their commercial show as a Google natural listing multiple times on most of the SERPS. They market we are interested in is Vegan bakeries, pastries, etc. We absolutely dominate many of our keyword spaces, here are a few of them:
7 positions on first page:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=Diabetic-friendly+gluten+free+cake&btnG=Search
6 positions on first page:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=Diabetic-friendly+cakes+cookies+chocolate&btnG=Search
4 positions on first page:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=Diabetic-friendly+cakes+cookies+chocolate&btnG=Search
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=Diabetic-friendly+cookies+chocolate&btnG=Search
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=Diabetic-friendly+cookies+chocolate&btnG=Search
3 positions on first page:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=gluten+free+cake+chocolate+cookies&btnG=Search
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=Vegan+cakes+cookies+chocolate&btnG=Search
1 position on first page:

Firstly how came this site isn't in the top ten. Do we keep the patent? How much work do you need to put in?

Read the comments on this page - I already answered the question about the site not being in the top ten.
It's not a patent, it is a provisional patent. I will transfer it to the new owner.
It takes 1 hour to interface with the client, 4 hours to produce the marketing piece, and an additional 2 hours to place it in Google. Maintenance requires no time.

Couple of quick questions.
- When did you file the provisional patent application (how long before the 12 months expires)?
- The hammer has come down from Google on a lot of strategies and techniques, does your strategy sill work? Compliant with Google TOS?
Thank you for your time.

Provisional patent was applied for in April 2008.
Our strategy is compliant with Google TOS, and works beautifully for local businesses.
