Description
Hello people, this is my Cesc Fabregas fan site, for those who don't know Cesc Fabregas is a young soccer star that plays for Arsenal, he is Spanish and recently won the Euro 2008 championship with his team.
I started this site because i am a big soccer fan and i like his style of playing verry much.
The site stands no.1 in Google search for the main keyword Cesc Fabregas and has highly targetted urls for seo bringing traffic for various keyword combinations. The number of backlinks according to Yahoo is : 5.755 including accepted link on wikipedia wich brings traffic.
The website has a PR 4, directly from 0 on the last Page Rank update and i expect that on the next one the PR will rise to 5 maybe 6, i have a lot of friends with high PR sites about Arsenal and all of them gave me backlinks.And the videos page on the website has a PR3.
I recently added a forum on the website who grows every day, the forum has a dedicated moderator.
The traffic had a big boost during the Euro 2008, and will have the same when Premier League and Champions League start, now is the training period in the soccer world and players come back from vacantions.
The website content is easy to get from major english sport newspappers and in the near future from forum members who are really great fans. Another mention is that all the articles written in the website are unique and witten by me.
The only reason i am selling this website is that i have an unexpected problem with the insurancecompany and i have to pay a considerable amount of money.
Revenue Details
1)Since its has been lauched in April the site made thought adsense almost 40$, but the eargnings started to go bigger since i reached the no.1 position almost 3 weeks ago.
2)From the recent PR update i began to sell some links:
1 link for a year - 200$
1 link 3 months - 34$
2 links 2 months - 40$
3)Ad Banner sale for Icons.com
1 ad banner - 120 $ for 3 months
The buyer will have contacts for all the buyers to extend and renecocitate the prices. I want to mention that all of them told me that want to extend their buyings on the site.

your no 5 not 1 on google and for the last 16 days adsense you have made a grand total of 8 dollars.

adsense shows 8 dollars for the last 16 days and analytics shows a drop in visitors of around 500 people to the present level. I think there is every point in talking about this. seems very suspicious that you are claiming $60 a moth when with these stats you wont even get 20.

Please take in cosideration the link sales and adspace sold, that is an average set. Present level as writter is around 155 per day. The top peak that you see is the ending of Euro 2008. If you would pay more attention to my discription you would see. Do your comments have any connection with the fact that you are a Manchester United fan ?

ha of course not. just that google analytics shows you have had about an 85% drop in traffic this month and yet you claim the 60$ a month in revenue. You are not going to get that money even with banners when you are getting around 150 visitors a month. its not personal.
