I've had mayz.com hosted at sedo for a while, since February. Their stats, as of 1 minute ago, show 87 visitors in the past 31 days.
Personally, I don't consider traffic to be the major selling point for this domain but I suppose it would be a big plus if the traffic was significant. If that was the case, though, then my reserve and the BIN price would be much higher as well.

My answer is yes to both questions.
In regards to proving that I own mayz.com, do a whois search on the domain and send an email to the address which is listed. I'll reply to your email as soon as I get it. Be sure to put something in the text body of the email so that I know it's related to this auction and don't mistake it for some type of spam.
I've never listed the domain for sale offline, but I have listed it elsewhere online. Once or twice I listed the domain for sale on another forum. A few years back I believe I may have also listed it on Afternic. Currently I have the domain parked at Sedo. It's been parked at sedo since February. I have mayz.com configured on sedo only for interested people to make offers, but I am under no obligation to accept them. So no worries on conflicting sales. Mayz.com is currently available for sale ONLY at SitePoint for the duration of this auction.

Actually, pointofsite, I'll prove that I own mayz.com in a different way which will verify to you and anyone else who might want to see this verification as well. You can still feel free to send me that email, though.
I'll move mayz.com back to my server and put up a simple page linking back to this SP auction. That should pretty much do it. I'll have those changes made tonight, although it might take a day or two for DNS propagation to make the hosting change show up. Anyhow, you'll be able to see that very soon.

I just scanned through all my domains... MAYZ.com is the only 4 character domain that I own. I have a bunch of other domains, but nothing really like this one.
