It used to be a blog and once achieved PR3 until I started writing paid reviews and got punished by Google to PR0.
It is very easy to get good placing on search engine ranking's due to 2 very good keywords. This is also a very brandable domain name.
This is perfect for financial firms, or any sites related to money.
I used to set up a "make money online" blog and is making me $100 a month. And then, I used to parked it for a few months and make about $5-15 a month because of the keyword "money" and "grade".
I've been offer $400 for this domain 5 months ago, but I turned it down. Now I'm hoping to get around $200.
