Why selling?
Personally, I do not wish to sell. But I am a very busy guy with a lot on the plate at the moment. This site has been a wonderful experience but I feel I have to let it go and concentrate more on my college work, personal and professional life. This site is thriving and the service has been totally positive in every sector. There is nothing negative about this site/service you should know about. I am hiding nothing. The new owner will be a very lucky person indeed. If I don't find a buyer maybe I will continue.

Traffic
Without revealing all my secrets in public, the site is listed in all the major and important free web hosting directories and recently started gaining stumble traffic as well as all the help from our kind users who decided to link us from their websites. The word of mouth is also a very strong tool at the moment. We currently average between 1200 and 1800 visits per day, around 30,000 unique visitors a month. Some traffic screens below.

Web Design
Viewable at the address, the web design is totally custom and completely unique. This was a costly web design from 4design.tv. Obviously I currently own the complete full rights to this web design and its files. This right will be passed onto you and you would be its sole rightful owner. All the original template files + my edits and script integrations, as well as the current website is included. You will also get some banner graphics which I've paid to be done.

Clients Management (IPanel)
IPanel handles the signup process as well as providing the clients with an account management area. As an admin it would be your job to check and approve new signups. (I currently have kind volunteer staff members who assist) Since March we had around 40,000 signups for the free plan but only 16200+ have been accepted and are active. (goes to show the level of security we standardized) IPanel license is an owned license and costs 80 USD. This owned license of mine will be transferred to you in full. We currently receive around 120 to 150 signups each day.

Web Community Board
Just have a look around. We ask members to signup to our forums during their signup process. We provide all support help via the forums. It has proven hugely popular and despite us not being a post2host (we do not force users to post) we, since its launch have around 14000+ registered users at the forums with upto 150 registered users being online everyday. To really have a feel of what our service is about I would suggest you read around all the topics in our forums. You will be impressed.

The board runs on 1 vbulletin board license. This license is ineligible for transfer because it has not been 1 year since its transfer yet.

Web Community Chatroom
The fun part, we have some regular users in our community chatroom. It runs off FlashChat123, which is a hosted license. (They host it for you) It costs 30 USD per month, via monthly paypal subscription. You will have to deal with this if you wish to keep the chatroom open.

Server hosting the clients
Currently we have 3 servers hosting the members. 2 at Dedicatednow.com and 1 at Burst.net. They are Pentium4 (99.95USD), Celeron 1.7 (69.95USD), Celeron 3.06(69.90USD) respectively, all with cPanel. We also have a third party software: RVSiteBuilder which many clients found useful. You will have to buy the leased license yourself it costs very little each month (couple bucks). The server will be transferred to your ownership.

Running the free host service
As we explained above, we have some wonderful tools and resources to help you run this host, and a lot of money and efforts have been invested. Even if you aren't a seasoned hosting pro, with the right learning mind and intuition you would be able to run this website effectively. You would also need to know how to manage a web community. We currently have a team of staff, what you do with this will be totally up to you naturally. You may ask me to stay in this team to help you settle in for a month or two. All in all, I will help the new owner to the best I can. You would take over one of the most prominent free hosts today with a fast growing community and reputation.
