LyricShack.Net is an online blog about iTunes music, artists, lyrics, reviews, charts and lists. The site was launched to offer iTunes music lovers a way to communicate and share information about the songs, lyrics and charts on iTunes through our blog.
LyricShack was purchased as a one page site that listed the Top 100 iTunes chart with no traffic or page ranking.
After purchase, blogging software was added, a lyrics database consisting of almost 400,000 lyrics was added, automated rss feeds were added to display real-time iTunes charts. LyricShack.net currently has a PR1.
The LyricShack.net domain was appraised by Go-Daddy for $300. Small income ($2-4 dollars a month) comes from AdSense. This could easily increase with more effort.

Traffic comes from a variety of sources including organic, referral, and direct. Referral comes from social network/link sites.

Yes, it would be possible for someone to convert this into a membership site with a little effort. Since there are three sections to the site (blog, lyrics, charts), you could have different portions of the site available only to members through login.
