At the October 2007 I have added online ordering to the website via paypal and that's increased sales dramatically. At the start of the 2008 I have decreased prices on skins/databases which increased sales too. Up to that moment I had zero refund requests - all clients was 100% satisfied with quality of the script (I have 30 days moneyback guarantee).
But starting from the January 2008 I had some problems with fraud orders. Maybe some of my competitors tried to damage my business - I don't know. The main problem that I am located at the Ukraine and I can't create own paypal account (only limited send only accounts available). So I have worked with paypal partner. But because of the recent amount of the fraud orders my paypal partner decided to stop accepting payments for the lyrics.
Reasons for selling.
well, actually main reason is my problems with paypal fraud orders. Another point is that I have more that 50 really great ideas for the web business in my todo list, and that list become larger and larger. So I decided to sell rightinpoint.com and create something new on obtained money.
Price.
I have lowered minimum bid to $6000 because that's past 3 months profit and I will not consider lower bids. It would be easier for me to spent some time and sort out paypal fraud problems. BIN on $12k is set based on last 8 months profit, however you should also consider, that sales was increased a lot after online ordering integration, so most likely it will be returned within 5-7 months (even if you do not have other products, which you can sale to my customers), so it seems to be very low BIN. Hurry up, before somebody else get it ;)
Ideal buyer.
This property would be an ideal investment for the experienced website dealer with knowledge of the php/mysql or with php freelancers contacts. If you already have some portfolio of the scripts - database of the my clients may bring you a lot of the sales.
Terms of sale.
You will get full sources and full rights on this projects. I will agree to do not compete with you on this area. At this moment I have a customer, which use lyrics engine and I develop custom addons for him. I reserve right to leave this customer and continue working with him. Dynamic licence mode. In this mode you upload special licence file, which will connect to the server and check licence status. It do not connect on each request, it connect only few times per day, if licence will be locked - script will stop work. when you say all sensitive information is encrypted do you mean the entire lyrics db or just some parts and tables? what kind of encryption are you using (blowfish/rsa/etc...)? if you database is encrypted what is the method for decrypting it? is it a double-key based on each user registration?
you say that this is the reason competitors can't compete with your script but the data eventually is decrypted for viewing in a site using your script... how is this done then? do you use any java/activex/flash applet to avoid viewing of the decryption process/keys?
I ask this because no db is unbreakable if it has to be read eventually and viewed in an uncontrolled environment. even if you use a double-key based on user registration one of your competitors could purchase your db and copy it using the key they just bought.
also, I'd like to see some of the websites using your script.

Well, protection is not so advanced. Finally, it's not for the credit card infos - it's just lyrics. originally I encoded database for the each new client (so their databases wasnt cross-compatible), but it take a lot of time (databases pretty big), so finally I have finished with the same encoded database for the all clients. Yes, it's possible to break that encoding using dezender or some other stuff, but it's still much better as no encoding at all and also it's much more faster as more complicated keys based encoding.>> you say that this is the reason competitors can't compete with your script but the data eventually is decrypted for viewing in a site using your

No, that's just one of the reasons for this script being the best. Other reasons - exclusive skins on very affordable price (actually it's almost self cost price for the skin creation) and feature rich script.

Well, during July and first few days of August paypal ordering was disabled. I have enabled paypal just a couple of days ago and up to this moment there are only 1 order ($99). Right now I am working on other project, I will finish it after few days and after it I will do forum promotions - it always brings new sales.

Well, I use dedicated server for it ($95), because I host all my projects on it. But shared hosting should work fine too.>> Are the sales 100% profit?
