    yes, admin can set minimum payout
    - member can hits request payout after reached minimum payout
    - All request will show at admin area as "pending" until admin pay their request and hits status as paid

    Please notes, I start charge $5 membership fee after getting 1500 member
    Membership is free before 1500 member,
    - Admin can change membership fee at anytime
    - admin can add more product etc.

    About adverts:
    - Member can post their ads but just active for limited time like 1 day, 1 week etc.
    - Their ads will appear than expired after limited time reached, there are 1800 ads listed but around 100 ads still active
    - Member will come again to post their ads, checking referral stat, request withdrawal or referring others, This is great ways to get traffic without promote my self

    - Earning from affiliates program is varies, I have been add some campaign inside member area like: clickbooth campaign and earn $70 in 6 days, also advibrance and earn around $10 a day.
    - Paid member can access to member area and using referral link to promote this site and earn 50% commssion, Free member can not access member area and can not using referral link.
