   Do you run Google ads on this, would they even be allowed?

   Why so few subscribers if you had so much traffic over the last 2 years or so?

   Why does the site have so few RSS subscribers given that you say it has attracted so much traffic in the last 2 years? Also, regarding the advertisers, do they come to you or you have to seek them out?

   ^I did not list any traffic stats for the past two years, only for this year. And you can take a look at the screen shots to see proof of this traffic. As for the RSS subscribers, the only thing I can guess is that we've never done much to promote our feeds like the contests that a lot of blogs do.

   Both. I used to seek them out more but recently I havent had to. We also have a couple of paypal subscriptions in place, which would be transferred over to the new owner. I'll PM you with more details.

   When I look at the traffic for June 2008, I see some days the traffic was over 4,000 day while later in the month its mostly about 2,000. Why the fall? Also, I had a quick glance at the traffic referral screenshot, I see vast majority of the traffic is coming from google images rather than search terms, is this correct?

   I am very interested in this site... However I would like to see some more historical traffic and revenue information. Would you be willing to provide screen shots of the traffic from the past 6 months in more detail, as well as revenue? Looking at the overview provided it appears the traffic is in decline so I would like to see why that is and where the traffic difference is. You mention it being due to American Idol so I'm interested in seeing what traffic sources provide that bump.

   I have other questions but I don't want to take up to much of your time until I know for sure this is a site I want to purchase..

   ^Hi Jseib, I will post more screen shots of traffic later on tonight.

   As for our traffic stats, there are two factors to consider...

   1. As I mentioned, we went from updating daily to twice a week. I was actually shocked that the traffic didn't decline much more.

   2. For a news based site there tends to be fluctuations in traffic depending on how hot a story is. If I post an exclusive story, it will naturally be "sourced" (linked) from other news sites and blogs, not to mention it will get more search traffic. That's why in early Jun we were getting around 4000 hits daily (our average is closer to 2300). I would have to check to be sure but I think was when we posted a story about Taylor Hicks was on broadway that got a lot of attention.

   And also, most of our traffic isn't from sources, it's from bookmarks and direct type in. In the first quarter I would say many people just visit the site more often to read our AI recaps, spoilers and gossip, but I will definitely post the traffic stats so you can decide for yourself!
