Your very own Eyeshield21 fansite with media downloads and informative articles. DeimonHigh.com was started on the 20th of December, 2005. A little more than a year ago it was created. The idea came to mind when I was one day I was searching for a fansite about the anime series Eyeshield21, a series based on American Football. However, I could find no English ones. The idea came to mind to create one of my own, and so DeimonHigh.com came alive. Over the months, I've also developed a "Deimon Network." The network contacts a blog, directory, forums, gallery, and topsites. Just today, I finally pointed domains to each sub-domain. So now they have a domain of their own. A problem with that has been brought up with my host. They do know about this but they've decided to allow it to continue. They are not taking such an extremely large bite out of crime since I do not host the actual files on the server itself.

Partner links as in affiliates or sponsors? I'd recommend you keep the affiliates, but if you're talking about the sponsor links, it's up to the owner.

This is based on a weekly basis.
News - Post about manga and anime releases or anything that deals with the site or forums.
Anime Episodes - The anime episodes are usually released once a week, but in this case since this group that translates the episode takes there times. Take dattebayo for example, they usually releases the subtitled version for naruto and bleach a few hours after they're released. But in this case, the group that translates Eyeshield21 may take anywhere from weeks to months. They're like 20+ episodes behind the latest one. So it varies for the anime episodes.
Manga Chapters - Weekly releases.
Blog - A blog writer, part of the staff, usually posts whenever he/she finds the time.
Directory - Accept links.
Forums - Administrators/Moderators.
Gallery - Fully taken care by the gallery staff.
Topsites - Accept links to prevent spam.
That's a basically it.
