This niche arcade is using hard coded static pages using mod_rewrite to make the URL's search friendly.
Having static pages rather than database driven script cuts down server resources usages from say 100% for a normal arcade site like www.sharkysgames.com to about 10%.
This site consists of 18 Sonic The Hedgehog flash games and all the original sonic the hedgehog writing and articles.
Everything on this website is 100% original content, there are also seven great sonic the hedgehog articles that were written exclusively for this site to help strengthen the keyphrases of the site.
The links page is simply links to my other sites, there has been no link exchanges done for this site, frankly I believe that free organic traffic is the best kind of traffic so I only link to my other sites. All of these links can be removed after purchase, I will still keep the links to it on my other arcade site tho.
This site is just going to continue to gain more and more steam. In another few months when all this submission work starts to take full effects you should see the revenue and traffic almost triple.
Original content is king on any successful website and this arcade is jammed packed full of it. If you keep writing, or paying a writer to write new articles for this website and using them exclusively for Sonic The Hedgehog content then this arcade site is just going to continue to climb higher and higher in the SERPS and will start ranking higher for other sonic related keyphrases.

But they are what they are, turn key site.
www.bironinc.com you can buy a turn key version of this if you wish for $50.
But the turnkey version of this site don't even have 5% of the original writing and promotion that this site has.

Not only is it word for word, it's the same script, layout, etc... I have a hard time believing that your "buddy" just copied your site. How many more of these 100% original sites/scripts did you sell off? Could be one reason your BIN is a bit lower for the amount of money you make per month. If he truly did copy the site then you need to end the listing and take care of all the "copied" sites out there otherwise your listing is not truthful when you state that 100% of the content is original.

Domain was a new registration. I usually buy domains for many years to save money on renewals.
