PR4 Web Directory For Sale

I'm selling my PR4 general directory. I have done very little promotion, did some posting around DP and few other Webmaster Forums. I also submitted it to few directories. Never really tried to monetize it, as you can also see regular links are for free. I sold 1 featured links, which made me $8, with no promotion. I also sold 2 permanent Sponsor Link "Sell Free" one $50 and "FullMovies" one $60, the Sell Free guy always buys link from me so that $50 is always there for me. I have few more guys who want to get the sponsor link.

Domain is 2 years old and a valid PageRank 4. Registered on 29-Mar-06, at GoDaddy. It expires on 29 March 2009. Free push is available.

The directory runs on phpld 2.1.3, and uses a free template. There are currently 805 active links submitted to the directory, which were sent in about 5-10 days. Potential of the directory is high if you try to monetize it. I get around 100 submissions a day. I have not accepted adult stuff so it is clean. I will help you with the setup i n case you don't know and that being for free.

Revenue Details:

I never tried to monetize it. I made $110 by selling permanent sponsor link I also made another $7 from feature listing. I think I have made around $7 so far with Adsense. There is a lot to be made if you sell links and do some monetization, remember I never tried much to make cash out of it nor did I try to sell featured listing much.
