I'm selling my large "Watch TV" Network. The websites have been building for the past few months, all run on Wordpress. I've done a good bit of SEO work and let them sit and grow for a few months, only put Zango on the majority of the site a week or so ago.
Most of these have an incredible ranking in SE's and all of them receive the majority of their traffic from them.

#3 in google until I did something stupid and got banned. Still a good site with a few hits a day. Not really mentionable.
The websites are now primarily earning from Zango. I got my account manager to give me a rarely used Zango pop in page, while this converts less than the regular full page ad, I've found it less obtrusive - you can change this at ANY time.
Last month I had some hosting trouble, and never had Zango on the sites (only on the family guy site).

On top of that I put some Email submits on the site from Neverblueads (Which are removed now). About half of this revenue is from this network of sites:

The websites are earning ~$12+ a day, so at the regular 10x monthly should be worth around $3,500, which I will be setting as the BIN price.
Included in the sale I will leave a copy of a popular directory submission software (No name going to be posted here , sorry) for which I paid over $100 for the current sites on there (and I believe 6 or so free licenses left).

How can you have 25,000 page views a month and 60,000 uniques?

I just checked, its more like 100,000 uniques, and probably 250,000 page views. I'll go back later and double check and edit the numbers.

It shows your site for watchweedsonline only has 39 backlinks, does this niche have that little competition or did you use some blackhat/greyhat techniques?

As I stated I never really got around to working much on that site in particular. There is a lot of competition for that, but I believe the keywords in the domain name really help it out.
All of the sites here are 150% WHITEHAT.. with the exception of the prisonbreak site, which has been banned by google (as previously stated)
