Here i have for sale my hosting and design company, This has given me a steady amount of design work over the past few months and continues to grow.
Site:
The site has been active for around 6 months or so, we used to adtertise the site quite heavily, and then due to having a new baby i have not done much design work. It would be a great starting base for any avid designer that knows a thing or 2 about the hosting company.
Revenue:
The site has earned our freelance team between $100-600 a month depending on how much we advertise and how many projects are given to us. We also host one client via paypal that pays $4.99 each month. Advertiseing and customer relations are delt via email or instant messenger.
Traffic:
The site gets around 10-15 unique visits per day, when we advertise we got around 50 uniques per day, we have since moved servers.
Design:
The site design is %100 unique and so is our portfolio, we will include the rights to the 3 designs in our "most recent" work, in case the clients request a copy.

You only have 1 client that uses your hosting correct? Are you hosting this on a regular shared server?

The hosting is given on a reseller that i use for most of my web sites. Sending screen shots now etelevisions.
