I'm selling Photoshopjungle.com, my 15 month old tutorial website. I'm selling, because I don't have the time to update...
The website comes with 21 tutorials and has a custom design.
It has 200+ newsletter subscribers. It generates about 14000 uniques/month and about 30000 pageviews/month.
Revenue Details
Not only the traffic, but also the amount of revenue photoshopjungle.com makes, depends on how many times the website has been updated.
Because I've updated the 2 times in Januari 2007, I've made the most money in that month. I did 1 update in May, so that's why you can see a small raise of revenue in May and Jun.
I've made my revenue with dutch cpc ads, but you can replace these with Yahoo or Google ads.
Traffic Details
All traffic comes from search engines, affiliates, my custom made toplist and from "tutorial search engines" like Good-tutorials.com
The amount of traffic the website gets, depends on how many times the website is updated. I only added 3 tutorials in the whole year of 2007. 2 in January and 1 in May. I didn't update it for the rest of the year and you can see I've still got traffic.

Revenue of March 2008 was USD 36 and the website currently gets 200 uniqus a day (while my last update was back in May 2007).

ok so why did you say "Monthly Revenue: $200" if its $36, also 200 uniqus a day, so that 200x30 = 6000 a month not "Uniques/Month: 14,000" I was thinking about BIN until i saw this, please explain....

First of all, I would like to apologize for the confusion about Photoshopjungle's monthly revenue/traffic. Please let me explain...
The 14000 uniques/month and the USD 200/month are the traffic and the revenue I make when I update the website 2 times a month, this was back in January 2007.
The USD 36/month and the 6000 uniques/month I generate now are the revenue and traffic I make when I don't update the website. (I think I'm doing quite a good job with this, considering the fact that I haven't updated the website since May 2007).

Hi, I am interested. Are you using some kind of templating engine which would make the design or ad placement easy to update? Also, I notice you don't use Google AdSense. Is your account banned, or do you not use AdSense for some other reason?

SnowDevil: Hello, sorry I'm not using any templating engine. I don't use google adsence, simply because I had good revenue from the other programs. My account is not banned or something :)

Hi,have you got Google Analytics Stats? I see that ads are targeted towards the Netherlands. Could you tell me the break down of the traffic by country? What CMS does the main tutorial section of the site run off?
