The site sells and ebook or a physical book option.This is real niche that I started as it was a medical problem for my son that I was able to control with diet, and it has worked great for him and thousands of others. Advertising is with google adwords and their is a lot of organic traffic as well. Site is on first page of google for it's main search terms. 6k uniques per month. Revenue Details
I can verify the revenue with reciepts and the site has expenses of 1200 per month adwords fees, 700 month printing and 700 month shipping fees (for physical product). VERY low refund rates (I currently offer a lifetime guarantee). This is a real business that provides real income and I need to sell it for tax purposes.
Traffic Details
Traffic is combination organic and google adwords. Very little competition. Ranked om first pages of Google for main keywords. Several thousand paying customers with email addresses.

Expenses are about 32,000 per year?
Net receipts are $75K per year?

The time spent maintaining is around 10 hours per month. Mainly emails asking questions, the winning bidder gets all the infrastructure, which allows everything including the printing of the books and the shipping to run on autopilot. The printed book outsells the ebook, and I charge a shipping and handling fee which covers 90 percent of the printing cost. This is my first auction, and I tried to price it relative to what others were getting with similar figures. But I am open to all reasonable offers, so pm me with any questions.

It show conversions of 371 on the report. It's very hard to make money with ppc on these competitive keywords. PLUS on top of that the costs of the books going out in paper form. I highly doubt this thing makes any money and judging by the seller's lack of response it's probably true. My offer is $500 for the book. I can get the book written on clickbank for $500 and already have a sales template I can use. Let me know.
