I have cleaned this auction up. Please refrain from posting here if you don't have questions that pertain to your interest in the site. This isn't "appraise your site" but an auction.

Nice site, I'm interested. I suppose my only question is why the revenue isnt higher than 50 bucks a month? With an alexa rank of less than 60,000, I'd expect the revenue to be much higher. Do you have a BIN in mind?

Thanks for the interest VOXVPS. The income is so low becuase I've made no effort to monetize the site aside from adding adsense and some ads for some affiliate programs I'm in. With an aggressive ad program and some better placed adsense or YPN ads the site can make much more. The guy I bought it from was making over a $1000 a month from it. I own www.vbskinworks.com and that is my money maker. I have had a private offer via PM for $5000 for the site that I haven't accepted yet.

Could you provide some screenshots or a login to the stats please, alexa ranking means very little when determining traffic for a webmaster related site.

    Thanks.

Where was the site making the $1000 a month from? Adsense? Affiliates? Skin Sales? Was the previous sales pushed by adwords?

It's worth every penny of the asking price.
