Audiolizer is a free music streaming service. All songs are pulled via the youtube API so you don't have to worry about copyright issues. I'm selling audiolizer so I have money to put towards other projects and interests.

Audiolizer lets users search for songs quickly, add them to their library or even create a playlist. Users can upload their iTunes library XML to Audiolizer, and the system will get each song and display it in the library for listening on the go. Login with the info above and play around with the site. It is super easy to use and lets users quickly create playlists and listen to songs.

This shows Audiolizer is a pretty serious website that has gained much respect.
- I created a unique design for this website (as seen when visited).
- To date their are over 10,000 registered members, over 631 playlists created, and over 1,848,000 songs added to user's libraries (everything is managed via phpmyadmin -- no backend admin panel)
- The site runs on a PHP MVC framework
- The site needs very little upkeep -- I really do nothing and I get good traffic/revenue.
My BIN pricing for this site is based on the following factors (its more than revenue)
- Revenue
- Traffic (HIGH first page keyword placement in competitive niche)

- Pagerank, as well as backlinks (TechCrunch, RRW, NYT, ETC)

Revenue has been pretty good so far. I'm averaging about $1-$4 a day. I started using adsense in June (wasn't monetizing before that).
June Income: $81.65
July Income (so far): $93.13
Given the organic / direct traffic and the fact that I put no time into the site, the new owner can definitely make a lot of money as this site has a lot of potential.
Traffic Details
Most of my traffic comes via google or other search engines. I am ranked HIGH for very competitive keywords, which brings more value to audiolizer. I also get a lot of direct traffic.

In addition to this traffic, there are over 10k registered users. I have not extracted the email database and sent email blasts to the members. Doing this would definitely spike the traffic and bring old users back to the site, etc. This is something to think about as well. Aweber, mailchimp, etc can be used to send blasts.
New owner can also add a Blog, which would bring in a ton of readers (or daily site users). This is another good way to get even more traffic / site involvement.

Not much space is needed really. A few gigs should do. As far as BW...here is an example
